Rate My Weight Loss Plan: 172 lbs → 135–140 lbs by Nov 1
Looking for some opinions/criticism on my current cut and whether you guys think this is realistic.
Current weight: 172 lbs
Goal: 135–140 lbs
Deadline: November 1
For some background, I've gotten shredded before using keto/carnivore, so I'm pretty comfortable with low-carb dieting and know I can stick to a restrictive diet when I'm locked in.
I started today. Here's the plan:
I'm aware that 32–37 lbs in ~10.5 weeks is extremely aggressive, and obviously the initial weight loss from fasting/keto will include a decent amount of water/glycogen rather than pure fat.
I'm tracking my morning weight, calories, protein, steps/walking, workouts and sleep every day so I can adjust based on my actual weekly trend.
What would you change?
Mainly curious about:
Feel free to tear the plan apart. I'd rather figure out the weak points now than 6 weeks into the cut.
I am digital nomading in Playa in a few months and really don't want the hassle of bringing over my XDJ RX3 from Canada.
Would it be more cost effective to rent a similar system there for 6 months?
Or maybe like a few days every week or two?
Any well known shops or ways to find people who would do this for me?
I’ve been going a little ham at these restaurants - my afrohouse are remixes and sometimes still to intense.
I have a residency at a well known chain, and a steak house, I love melodic techno and I played that last time near the end of the end of the night and it was hype.
However for my 4-5 hour set, most of that needs to be chill. I need 1-2 hours of chill house then my upbeat Afro house remixes of popular songs and then my melodic techno bangers at the end.
Any good DJ pools for opening? Something people would enjoy eating and drinking to, remixes of popular songs etc..
Also any DJs I can check out on 1001tracklist would be good too!
Thank you!
I want to leave Canada from November to May, continue my online work in Thailand and come back in May.
Do I need the 5-year nomad visa?
I heard they reduced the leisure visa to 30 days. It would be annoying to border hop every 30 days, 6 times, not worth it right?
Anyone who got the 5-year nomad visa, how was the process?
Also, how is Phuket? I have been there but mostly as a layover to koh samui and koh phangan.
Thanks everyone!
Two world cups ago I was in Portugal and they had the game playing on a huge screen in the main square in lisbon.
Anything like that happening in Malaga tonight?
dubai was lit, billions of strippers mannn
I feel like this has to do with bipolar 1 or my own circadian rhythm, but if I get 8 hours of good sleep at a reasonable (socially accepted) time like 11pm or even midnight, I’ll be tired as fuck all day and will need a 30 min nap anywhere around 3-5pm.
However, if I sleep at like 2-3am even 4am - get 7-8 hours and wake up at 11 or noon, instead of 7-9am, I’ll skip that morning grogginess and low motivation, have good productivity and won’t need a nap, and can work on my online businesses long and hard.
I’m suspecting this is a night owl circadian rhythm - even at the gym, I’m the strongest at 5-6pm.. I remember when I used to lift in the morning I’d be tired after but 5/6pm workout gets me more energized.
Now diet, i noticed when I have a breakfast it will amplify the grogginess, however if I do one meal a day (after my workout around 7pm) im super locked in from the fasting. The only side effect is being more on edge and easy to startle - almost caffeine like feeling.
What’s going on? Should I keep my schedule fitting what works for me, not society?
However, I would like to scale it further with paid ads, promoting a lifetime offer, since it's a fairly new SaaS/app.
For a lead gen platform / agency, would Google Ads be my best bet, or something like Reddit?
Any other paid platforms where SEO agencies or other types of agencies would want a lifetime plan to an awesome system? Appsumo, is that a thing still?
I'd prefer to stay away from Meta and social media ads unless you can change my mind!
EDIT: Finished my 500k with InsaneLeads.io - they gave me 100k extra submissions. So 600k total at the rate of $0.001 per lead scraped and automated submission to the contact forms. I made 13 sales in total, and 41 leads in their CRM sequencing which I am hoping to close at least half of. In just a week I made $18,500 in sales (a whopping 1,702% return on my investment with them). I am going to sign up with their enterprise server, contact form marketing is a game changer.
I have used this tool called Insane Leads that has provided me 500k leads and automated contact form submissions.
I was told I would get 1 conversation per 100 to 1000 submissions, which would be 500 to 5000 prospects.
I have gotten 2 sales so far for my agency, in almost 200k submissions, but the reply rate is not as high as expected.
However, just these two sales has made me a positive return on my investment. (AEO/GEO agency)
Have you tried mass contact form automation and filling?
Originally, I tried people on Fiverr that would "manually" submit contact forms, but a) they were pricey, and b) they were lying. They were actually sending with automated tools.
Let me know your thoughts on Insane Leads, if the remaining 300k does me well (2-3 more sales), I might invest in their enterprise plan which promises 40M leads and contact form fills a month with captcha bypass.
If you have tried contact form submissions, how were your results compared to cold emailing? I just hate the high price of email validaiton, the domain costs, warm ups.. going into spam.
To be honest I gave up on cold emailing a few years ago back when Instantly and Salesforge became annoying to use, you had to buy 80+ domains.
Good times, I remember my first email campaign with Saleshandy and it was so easy to just blast.
The only bad thing is some people do get angry when you solicit your offer in their contact form, but I mean cold emailing is the same.

I was at a gig and the dj before me and myself, our waveforms weren't stacked and our syncs were not working.
The organizer was the DJ after us and right on the first song, their "link" was miraciously working.
Was this a nefarious disconnection of ethernet or something?
They debriefed me a few days and told me I need more DJ lessons with them... and some comments about the first DJs transitions too.
They said it could have been my USB.
Using FAT32 and maybe my rekordbox was outdated by a bit.
The strange thing is our songs were showing up on both CDJs, just no stacked waveforms or sync.
Looking back I was too drunk, the booth monitors were way too loud, and it was very hard to beatmatch. It would sound matched and then while mixing in, it would be a train wreck. So either my ears were busted, I was too drunk, or the booth was too loud.
Any tips on making my beat matching bullet proof in situations like this? I swear my ears deceive me sometimes.
The whole one ear cued and other ear listening to booth doesn't work with me, I prefer hearing both together on my headphones, cued with master.
Another strange thing, my waveforms and sync were working at the organizer's studio the day before.
How can I make sure this doesn't happen again?
Booking a studio session (new place - don't trust the other peeps now) before my next gig coming up, and I updated rekordbox..
I know sync and waveforms are "cheating" but in high stakes clubs and raves, with some hard cuts, transitions with no downbeat on a new phrase, it helps to see waveforms lining up and/or sync.
Another case study on being able to beat match well with your ears.
What a horrible course honestly...
First of all, such a glitchy site and you need to wait till you get accepted to begin the course.
The video player is horrible.
The first 100 videos were useless; I had to click complete each time to be able to get to some more interesting content.
Pete Tong's set sucked.
Only thing I liked was Carl Cox and Adam Beyer's set.
Everything else was horrible.
If I were still a newbie, I would have been even more lost.
