Just about hit a 12k average this last week

I’ve been getting an extra couple thousand steps everyday as opposed to my normal walking habits and I’ve actually had a noticeable amount of more energy. I’ve been feeling great and I’ve been listening to a lot more podcasts because of the extra walks

Check your blood pressure

Check your blood pressure on a regular basis, I had pretty high blood pressure at 25 and had no idea.
This is three years of me working on it and its down from a normal day being 140/95, to now a normal day is around 110/70 on the high end.

For health

Breakfast consists of half a sweet potato roasted and drenched in malt vinegar, a pile of sauerkraut, and a block of tempeh raw. Then a bunch of vitamins and some basil seed water to wash it down.

Protein “donuts”

These were inspired by u/proteindeficientveg

I changed up the recipe a bit and had a handful of these for dinner, they’re about 90 calories with 8g of protein each. Definitely more of a chewy muffin top rather than a donut but pretty tasty regardless.

265g wheat gluten
15g cornstarch
10g baking powder
150g brown sugar
100g AP flour
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt

mix dry ingredients then add wet ingredients

50g margarine melted
5g vanilla extract
10g ACV
250g water

divide into 26 balls of dough

roll in cinnamon sugar

bake at 375°F 30 minutes
