Hit my goal weight 3 weeks ago. Immediately ravenous and can’t stop eating.

for reference, I’m 5’7 128 lbs now. some days I am abso a BLACK HOLE. I’m so worried about gaining it back. for example, today I had 5 donuts and 400 calories worth of nuts over my normal meals. I’m still so hungry. is this normal? I eat all Whole Foods except for rare days like this. I haven’t even had a donut in 2 years, I don’t know where this came from..

does anyone else experience hunger like this, and have you gained weight back from it? I’ve easily hit 2k cals over my maintenance today, is it possible it will even out? should I stress about this?

Light breakfast I eat on the weekends to give me more space!

very simple and extremely filling

3 cups watermelon- 140 cals

2 cups mixed veg- 60 cals

5 large shrimp- 60 cals

260 cals and makes me stuffed! I only eat this on days I want to eat an obscene amount of takeout, normally I’d add fats and whole grains other day, and increase to about double the protein.

Mother is convinced vegetables with skin will give me the Big C.

anyways to put this in a different context she also:

believes fluoride will give me cancer, and yells at me after the dentist for getting it

if she’s in my house, she doesn’t let me eat any fruits until they’re soaked in vinegar and baking soda for 30 mins.

she washes the meats in soap and water..

Olive Garden before and after estimates?

this is the dinner portion, so it has 9 shrimp. I thought it seemed much more pasta heavy than the calories it’s labeled under, thoughts?

it’s listed as 490.

~200 cal filling French toast! (27g fiber)

2 toasts (I use 647 brand)

1/4 cup egg whites

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Stevia to taste

(use water if volume of this mixture is too low to saturate the bread.)

soak the bread in the mixture and place on a nonstick pan medium-high heat

side of 170g raspberries

about 200 calories and crazy fiber!

add cinnamon too!

What I ate as someone who struggles with food. Feedback?

How can I improve this? I usually have 1-2 bars in the morning and again at night (if I feel I’m low on calories.) so today I had 4 because I was hungrier than usual.

I get full very quickly due to previous issues and any advice on nutrition would be helpful.

alongside these foods I also had 170g raspberries and like 20 huge grapes.

Advice on sleep habits/issues

Im in bed by 11. I don’t eat a heavy dinner. I’m so tired of not being able to sleep until 4-5 am. I just sit there wide awake- reading doesn’t help, getting up doesn’t help. I go to the gym often, I do sports. I get home exhausted, yet the moment I’m under the sheets my brain just wakes up. I take melatonin sometimes, doesn’t help at all. I wake up around twice a night, and stay awake for a few hours before falling asleep again. I get an avg of 4-5 hours of sleep.

also, never woken up refreshed. or at least I can’t remember the last time I did. It’s slowly ruining my sports and academic performance. I often find myself forgetting simple things briefly, like standing in the shower after shampooing because I’ve forgotten how to condition my hair..before remembering and doing it.

history of severe anemia, depression, asthma

dont take prescription meds but I take a high dose iron supplement and some dietary supplements
