best usb-c external storage drive to edit & store insta footage

I exclusive Studio windows app on my laptop. Laptop doesnt have enough storage to store 500gb+ of insta360 footage for editing. I usually edit straight off the microSD card, but perhaps that's not the fastest/efficient use of that (expensive) storage medium.

Any other recommendations? I don't want to expand my laptop SSD or M.1 as it will mean countless hours of copying files, restoring windows settings, etc. Laptop only has 1 free USB-c port

White, crystalised/precipitate on plastic containers.

Sorry if it's the wrong thread, but what's this deposit on my Sistema containers? I can scratch some of it off with my fingernails, but every so often it just keeps returning.

Edit: it's due to microwaving, despite it being marked as microwave safe. Ty reddit <3

Brittle & broken after one summer: Jack Self Watering Raised Garden Bed - (Bunnings)

Brittle & broken after one summer: Jack Self Watering Raised Garden Bed - (Bunnings)

Purchased two of this Self Watering Raised Garden Bed ("Jack" brand from Bunnings, Auckland) before summer last year to grow strawberries. Fast forward 6-7 months later (to today) grey trough is still sturdy and watertight but the lids are absolute shite!!! Completely brittle and cracks under its own weight, worse than useless!

Website says UV resistant, but it could barely last one Auckland summer.

2/5 stars, I wouldn't recommend, you'll just have an expense trough.

(I still need a cover for my tough, any recommendations reddit? I'd probably like a plastic film or similar to create a little hot box)
