For some reason they banned my account and say I have to verify by sending email which I did and was sent a otp, but where do I put the otp I don't have logged in account, that's the reason iam doing all that

So I was banned from grindr last year even tho I did do anything wrong but since then I have not been able to use the app ever again.
Everytime I login with new account it instantly gets banned ,I have tried new emails aswell ,so is there any solution to this
