I’ve been having daily headaches for like week or two and trying to figure out if it’s from LDN or not. I was on a hair loss medication that can cause then but stoped that and still having them. My neck has also been hurting so thought that.

I’ve just never had tension headaches everyday like yhis. On 0.5mg for 2.5 weeks now. If from LDN csn headaches improve? In two weeks dr sent inscript for 1mg so now I’m nervous since just paid $135 for it

Got an inquiry from one lady and she seems kinda picky but after talking she seems desperate for a temporary walker so a worked with her to fit into my schedule the way she wants since it’s only for a few weeks. But after thinking it just seems like way too much stress and driving back and forth with barely any profit.

I try to schedule a meet and greet and she says open all day so I say 9:45am as it only opening have that works with her work schedule and she’s like oh never mind I have a vet appointment at 10. So basically only time I could do a meet and greet is late at night which just way out of my way.

I just have this severe anxiety feeling aboit this one but no particular reason to give her on why I should turn this down after saying I’d make it work.

Have had chronic shedding for two years now. I’ve gotten two iron infusions, take zinc and vitamin d. I keep my stress under control.

I use ket shampoo, started minoxidil a month ago.

Only abnormal lab is high dhea, dheas and cortisol. Seen two different endocrinologist they don’t know the cause. Only pcos symptom I have is hair loss so they are not really sure it’s that either. No family members with hair loss but thought maybe mild aga with TE.

Anyone else in a similar situation?

Note I did have cancer 4 years ago and it grew back normally for aboit a year I think until I started having it fall out. Had perfect hair health prior.

Day two of 0.5mg. I felt fine yesterday took it at 10am. Then bed time I couldn’t sleep at all felt dissociated and weird with very mild nausea.

This morning was fine took 2nd pill at 10am then 1:40pm started having same symptoms as last night dissociated, mild nausea and just feeling bad. Not sure if it’s triggering my migraines or this common when first starting?

Had plans to go to an event with my friend Jessie. It’s 40min from her house so we planned for me to stay her house Friday night and go to event Saturday. I can drive back home afterwards since my friend lives 1.5 away from me and this is one the way back. We decided to invite our other friend to join us on the Saturday, she has a baby so she would just drive the hour would be just for the day. We all agreed.

Then this week she texted saying her coworker is having a birthday party in the evening in the opposite direction and asked to switch the day to Sunday (event is both days). I don’t have a huge valid reason to not switch the day but we picked Saturday originally so I could be home for my Sunday activities and Jessie can prepare for first day back to work/school

Would it be an ass thing to do to say no? I’ve had to accommodate a lot of people lately with scheduling and being late and changing plans due to babies, forgetting things etc and I just want to stick to my schedule. I just don’t know what’s best here, especially if this friend cancels last minute which she has done before. I’m sure the other friend probably won’t mind either way but idk.

I know they go by gross income for w-2 job but for self employment what do they count as your income?

For example I do rover pet care and say I make $400, I only take home 320 since the company takes a percentage in fees. Is my income each month 400 or 320 or less since I have other business expenses like miles, gas, etc.
online it says they count income after deductions but checking here just in case

New to rover and have only had one complete booking so far. The last two inquiry’s someone requested a walk 25min before scheduled time (I have 1 day notice on my profile) and the third request was for drop ins 35-40min outside my service area.

Will declining so much hurt my profile? Is it typical to decline a lot or get requests like these? I feel bad for declining.

Most pet gigs I’ve done have all been word of mouth of mutual friends so already have so established trust and just have them sign a saftey contract.

With rover I’m not sure what’s best approach for only drop ins and walks. Should I always do a meet and greet even if the owner doesn’t really care to have one? Do you always meet at there house? What questions should I ask besides behavior, meds and entry details?

I applied once four years ago when I was dying of cancer and was denied. Four years later, I’ve still not been able to work due to several medical conditions.

I’m concerned because I won’t have family to help me anymore. Should I just apply several times myself or is it worth the money to get a disability lawyer?

When I got diagnosed with lymphoma my only symptoms were severe fatigue (thought it was just from overworking) and chest pain. The chest pain is what pushed me to seek care since I had never had thst before. Labs all normal but x ray looked funny.

Fast forward to today, I’ve hit 4 years remission but still fear often of a relapse because of my multiple chronic illnesses. I have severe daily fatigue, chronic neurological and gi issues. I also get episodes of bad chest pain that always make me start planning my funeral in my head when i experience it. Like I had chest pain this time last year and was really sick with daily fevers and felt awful.

I was so worried about it being a relapsed but fear ct scans because I’ve had over 50+ and more and more radiation is doing more harm just to ease my anxiety. Scan was clear so I felt dumb for pushing for it. I eventually figured out had E. coli. Why it manifested as chest pain and not stomach pain idk.

But now I’m going through same thing again. Chest pain, fatigue, feeling feverishno appetite. I had normal routine oncology labs last month but in my head I’m like I had only had chest pain and normal labs when I had lymphoma and then a month later being told I’d be dead at end of week if I didn’t start chemo asap.

I’ve seen multiple dermatologists and they all refuse to biopsy but all of them say I have chronic TE and only two said I had te + aga.

I’m really scared about the me possibly having AGA as I know that permanent. I’ve tried mindoxidil topical multiple times and it triggers my migraines every single time. Even a little bit sets it off which seems crazy for topical, but I’ve tried taking a break and starting multiple times and every time I get a horrible migraine with vertigo.

I can’t take spironolactone either because I have pots. Is my hair doomed?

I’ve tried the shampoo, oils, iron infusions and supplements, etc and nothing helps.

Just found out LDN needs to be compounded and out of my price range. I’m on Medicaid due to my health and make hardly enough to eat let alone pay large monthly medication costs.

I see so many mixed things on oats. They are safe if only Purity Protocol, only safe if certified or not safe due to avenin protein.

For my sensitive symptomatic celiacs how do you do with oats? I cut them out a year after being diagnosed but would like to add them back in for nutritional reasons.

Mm recommends garlic, lemons, spices etc but anytime I have one i immediately get nauseous and tightness in my throat. This has been going on for years too.

If he says reflux is caused by low hydrochloric acid why would lemons, and chilly powder set off symptoms?

I paid for a service I was supposed to receive by phone and later found out it was a scam. When booking I signed my name agreeing to not chargeback and that they would keep the money if I didn’t pick up the phone. Now looking back on this I’m completely embarrassed I didn’t think this was a scam set up because he has thousands of positive reviews online and very large social following

This person just chose not to call. But then two hours later I receive a text from an unknown number claiming they attempted to call me when I know they didn’t. Did some deep digging on Reddit and found out online this business is scamming people.

I’m afraid that I won’t get my money back with his proof/contract and texts. I chose to not to communicate out of fear it will make things worse.

Just lost my job due to how bad my symptoms are progressing. I’m lost on what to do, curious how you are all surviving?
