Trying not to ruin my own interior after today

Fresh off a muddy trail, stepping in carefully and hoping these mats actually hold up like they're supposed to.

The difference having kids makes in how fast your car interior falls apart

Used to keep the car spotless before we had a car seat in the back. Now it's just constant crumbs, spilled water bottles, muddy shoes in the cargo area. Finally caved and did floor liners for every row plus the trunk. Genuinely wish I did it sooner, cleanup is so much faster now, just pull them out and hose them off.

Cleaning rubber floor liners

I've just been hosing them off and scrubbing with a brush. They look better afterwards, but there's always some dirt stuck in the textured areas. What are you guys using?

Apparently my definition of "still good" was way off

Pulled the old driver's mat out today and finally got a good look at it. Guess I'd been looking at it for so long that I stopped noticing how worn it was.

What are your best longterm ownership tips?

Recently bought a used Honda and planning to keep it for a long time. For people who have owned Hondas for years, what are your best tips to keep them running smooth and reliable? Could be maintenance habits, things to avoid, useful upgrades, driving habits, or common mistakes new owners make. My car is Honda BRV 2016.

Thank you so much!

Just bought my brother’s 2016 Honda BR-V. What should I check first?

I recently bought my older brother’s 2016 Honda BR-V (used). The car has been in the family so I know some of its history, but this is my first time owning it myself.

What are the common things I should pay attention to? Any known issues, maintenance items, parts that usually wear out, or things I should inspect first?

Would appreciate any advice from BR-V owners or Honda guys. Thanks!

One evening at Yeoido Hangang Park gave me 4 different colors

All taken in the same place and on the same day. No major edits, just the sky doing its thing. Somehow this ended up looking like four different seasons/moods in one photo set<3
