He "isnt fully there" so reminding him to turn the light on, close the door has failed. Yes, he will silently sit on the toilet in the dark with the door open for 10 minutes, pants down, which I have confirmed many times by my "dude what the fuck"'s

There are women in this house, its highly inappropriate, and frankly, its creepy, so because reminding him 20 times hasnt worked, now I'm thinking of using some sort of motion / proximity sensor that leads to an LED outside near the door frame as an "in use".

So I'm thinking the most logical place to put a sensor would be on the wall where the toilet is, facing towards the wall where the toilet paper holder is, then some length of thin wire that leads under the door near the frame, then upward at the half door height level.

Ideally something where the prox checks if theres something sitting on the toilet, if so, light the LED, then check every 2 mins to keep the light on, then if nothing, keep it off.

Is there something I can purchase all in one?

I dont know why the fuck this is happening. Its been like this for months and I always thought it was a reception issue, but it isnt. If I simply toggle airplane on and then off, the website/app loads immediately.

I do not have access to shut off the water to the tub in any capacity I am aware of UNLESS its possible to do within the apartment from under the bathroom sink (??)

The plumber was here a few months ago but the sound is back. I have a feeling it was done by my very very large roommate or very very old plumbing.

Essentially, no matter how insanely tight I turn the hot and cold tap in the tub, a little spills out of the faucet and causes a hissing sound as the water comes out.

I notice that both have an impact on the sound. If I tighten both with relatively normal grip, the sound is proportionately loud and gets less loud as I turn either.

One key observation is that if I gently put downward force on the cold tap, the noise ever so slightly lessens. It also happens on the left side but its almost not noticable.

If I fully un-turn the tap, I've no idea if water will come flying out of them, so I havent fully loosened either for this reason. Each tap has a philips screw infront of it, which seems relatively "loose" in the sense that it full stops and doesnt screw any further in. I think this may be what stops the tap from fully popping off, and I wonder if perhaps the maintenance guy is using a screw thats a millimeter or two too long and hits the end of an inserted thread before it can perhaps "seal" the gap, of what I am also assuming is some sort of gasket that like seals a hole which gets bigger as the tap is turned but still leaks because its not fully "squished"

I genuinely have zero clue what any of this is. I know about two things when it comes to plumbing 1, the water needs to be off when messing with plumbing, and 2, the threads are usually reversed.

I am waiting on the guy, but the last time this happened, it literally took a month. If I could fix this with $1 machine screwes with plumbing threading, or a replaced gasket, and if I can get away with doing it without having to wait a year for my super (who is never here) to shut off the water.

I signed up, logged in, and because my phone number was already linked to another L360 account, I was able to see who the entire family was including first and last names, all of their phone numbers, where everyone lived, where they were in real time, where they worked, went to school etc.

I simply entered my phone number, thats literally it. I was able to quickly contact these people so they could have their accounts unassociated but holy shit what an insanely dangerous situation.
