The inside grate of the air fryer fell onto my arm. How do I make sure this doesn’t scar horribly? Lmfao it’s awful

I’m definitely a true winter so yellow gold doesn’t suit me. He went with a 2.2 ct oval cut diamond, cathedral setting, and a beautiful white gold + pavé band. Got my nails redone for our engagement shoot haha. Size 6.5!
