Looking for cable management tips

For context, I'm a budding sys admin who decided to set up my own personal phone network which has a router and switches as well as printer and voip(don't ask why, I just wanted to mimic an IRL Small Office/Home Office setup and got these products which are used basically for free or dirt cheap). It has been great so far and I have learnt quite a lot. Problem is I have cables running everywhere since I've built my setup slowly as I go and at this point the cables have started tangling and it's really frustrating me as I prefer to have them neat now. I wasn't really focused on aesthetics when I was starting tbh, just looking to be up and running. I have been browsing Alibaba for any options, are there any good affordable products I can use to keep the cables from tangling? I'd like to purchase more as well since I see an opportunity of starting a small service “company” in my area to help set up SOHO for others in future.

Shopping for quality on a budget

Hi everyone. I normally have sunglasses on most of the time I'm outside, the sunlight hurts my eyes and I like the look sunglasses have on me. Problem is I usually lose mine more often than not. As an outdoor and sunglasses lover i cant even begin to tell you the pain I felt after losing some of my Ray Bans and aviator sunglasses that cost me upwards of $170 on average. I'm also tired of the $10 sunglasses at convenience stores that break and scratch just by looking at them. I’m looking at alibaba and seen some affordable options where i can also buy a couple of them at once easily. My budget is slightly less than $30 as i know I'll probably buy more than one given how clumsy I can get by forgetting them here and there or breaking them. What are some cheapish but classy looking sunglasses you swear by? I am looking for sunglasses that also offer UV protection and decent polarized lenses.

Advice for a beginner/amateur audiophile looking to impress on a budget

Hi y’all. I've been looking around for headphones that kick above their level in terms of sound quality and durability and since im not quite the audiophile yet, I was not ready to break the bank on the top tier and quality headphones like the Sony WH-1000XM6 so I settled for a nice cutesy and affordable one I found in Alibaba. Now I'm also looking for more options. I'm currently looking for a wireless speaker to be able to carry around whenever I go for road trips with a couple of friends. In most cases we have been to hotels, cabins or airbnbs that had no sound system of note mostly just the sole tv which doesn't usually have the best sound system available. This leaves us bored to death or having to play music through our phones which is as dire as it sounds. I'm looking for something that has a long battery and deep bass and is easily portable. What are some of the best wireless speakers you know of that wont burn a hole in my pocket and will impress my friends once I bring it out? We mostly listen to house music and some mainstream pop and hiphop.

A Modern Look?

Hi 28M here, moved into my new apartment which is just shy of 700 sq feet. It has a nice view overlooking the rest of the city at a distance and that's about all I can show off at the moment. I have been able to furnish it fully with pieces and equipment that I feel match my vibe(mostly from my old apt) but I've gotten comments from friends and family that it's a little bit vintage for a man my age(I have Back To The Future posters and a mahogany coffee table that I got in a yard sale to name a few). I'm a bit of a homebody so I really don't mind them since I was generally looking for a classy vibe with old but quality items. Now in retrospect I think that they might have been right and I think it's time to change and after many more other purchases it's generally looking older than what i had in mind. I was recently introduced to Alibaba for cool purchases and which got me thinking, what are some products you have bought or seen that will give a room a modern look?

What accessories do you have on your bike?

I got a really cool computer holder from Alibaba the other day that helps me mount my Garmin sensor, so that I can track my heartbeat. It also has GPS for navigation and an odometer. This has been a great purchase for me as I enjoy my new Raleigh mountain bike. I think I have been having ideas bombarding my mind just because I got a new bike and everytime I look at it I'm thinking of mods to make it. Maybe a new saddle, or maybe a carrier or maybe lights since many times the urge to ride at night. I'm not really sure. This is my second bike that I've owned since the first one I had as a child. I mostly use this one to commute to and fro work and also for some weekend adventures so I can say I'm pretty active with it. I guess basically what I'm asking here is what bike accessories that you have had that are affordable and think they are the best for your bike? I'm just looking for ideas to help mod my bike.

What has been the best upgrade for you?

One of my favorite things about my job is that I was able to afford an apartment that is not very far from where I work, which is about 7 or so miles, depending on traffic and if I have to detour for my fav cup of coffee this can extend it to just below 10 miles. To me this is perfect. I was able to purchase a bicycle that helps me commute to and fro and also  maintain some fitness. It has been great so far as I spend much less time in traffic and with a bike the fuel cost and maintenance and insurance is much cheaper lol. I was able to purchase some lights and a reliable helmet from Alibaba and refitted the brakes with a Shimano disc brake which I got on offer a few months ago which have been working great which got me thinking about other mods that would improve my experience. I think my next upgrade will definitely be the saddle as I do get tired sometimes after a long ride and a newer and more comfortable saddle would really improve my riding and maybe some new tires. What about yourselves, what are some bike upgrades that have made a large difference to you?

Help on tangling cables

Hello not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I'd appreciate any help or pointers I get. Looking for help on LED face masks, their effectiveness and safety for acne removal

Not sure if this is the right place to ask this. I have been having a hard time with persistent acne breakouts which have me spending near a fortune monthly on cleansers and products. Recently I came around LED masks and after some research, saw that they can help reduce my breakouts while looking hella cool lol. Though I’m a little worried about the safety of such products especially since this will be my first buy. I’d like some thoughts on the safety of the face masks on treating acne and inflammation around my cheekbone area. Can I keep them on overnight? I have been looking around at Alibaba for 'cheaper' options and I'm wondering if the masks are safe in general to use. I don't want to worsen my situation by exaggerating my current afflictions or getting a product that will not work as effectively as expected. I have tried a variety of options like lotions and antibiotics, different bed time skin routines to switching my pillow cases to silk. Has anyone tried them before and if so how long would one expect to see results after usage?

On compact treadmills

Hello everyone, I'm looking for an exercise machine to gift my sister for her 1 year anniversary after moving out. I'm looking for something small that will fit in her apartment which isnt very large. She is not an athlete per se, but I figure she'll be able to do maybe a maximum of 2 hours on the treadmill at most five times a week. So I'm not really expecting an olympic level machine, just something simple which she can also connect to some of the exercise apps available such as Strava or even accept Bluetooth to log in to her devices. Not sure how small they can go, especially in terms of storage since I'm thinking about how she'll have to store it when it's not in use. I myself have owned a manual Body Sculpture treadmill before but it's large and will be a little bit cumbersome for her. I've been looking at Alibaba for some good options and can't seem to make my mind up. What are some treadmills you swear by for apartment use?

Beginner printers

Hi everyone. I'm looking for a 3D printer for a business idea I'd like to execute which involves printing miniature personalized accessories. The pieces are not that small and range from about ring size to about 3-4 inches in size. The models are not complicated in design, think simple key fobs or a holder for your earpods. I'm fairly new to this but I'm very confident that a 3D printer will execute my ideas but not sure which exactly to go for and what to look for. What I know is that I'm not looking for anything commercial or “large-scale” , something smaller and that can fit in my room. The printer should be able to print at least a couple of models in an hour or so, not too loud and cumbersome. I've been pointed to Alibaba but the choices are too many for me to decide. This is just a hobby I have begun and see an opportunity to do business. Would also appreciate pointers to filament usage and types.

Acne, skin and ice

Having acne has really been a major problem for me, something I thought would end after puberty and is severely hurting my self-confidence. I know I know, it's what's inside that matters but no one sees that these days, plus all the bullying I faced in high school because of the acne and resultant scarring after a variety of attempts at eradication and this sucker has kept following me all the way. I have tried all types of facial creams from the most basic and over the counter to more expensive ones. But I have been unable to completely remove them or even alleviate them in a budget friendly way that won't leave me so self conscious of them. I have been scrolling through Amazon and Alibaba and found good deals on ice rollers. Have never tried them before or seen them at our local drugstore. Do they really work? I mean it's supposedly just ice. Will this be more effective than over the neutrogena and cerave cleansers which I feel are becoming too expensive for me?

What should I get for my dog

Hello everyone, just adopted the sweetest Golden Retriever named Scooby you could ever meet. He's been great so far and training him has been slightly challenging but we got there in the end, wouldn't have been more proud to give this young and excitable hunk a place where he'll be loved. Previously I had a Bull Terrier that I adopted from my big brother who moved out of the country and basically didn't feel like I needed any accessories with him since we had a large yard and he was well trained. Now I'm looking for toys and accessories for him that will work him out a little and also keep him entertained and at the same time make our lives a little easier. So far we have got a litter bag and a nice leash that's accommodative of both of us. Perusing at Amazon and Alibaba, I'm just overwhelmed with the variety on offer. What are some of the best budget accessories you have found for your furry loved one?
