Looking for anyone with a Nova Lite 1 game controller to test print a controller stand.

I am working on providing support for as many controller types as possible with my universal controller stand. I've created a stand based on a 3d model of the Nova Lite 1 and need someone who owns the controller to confirm that the fit is OK. Anyone willing to help me out ? Thanks a lot !

These models are all free to download and print.

If you have need for another controller type to be added - just let me know and I will add it to the list.

The journey from 0 to 5000 prints in 6 months 😀

I had been toying with the idea of getting a 3D printer for a couple of years and finally jumped the gun in September 25 by getting the A1 combo with the AMS light.
The setup was straight forward and I ended up printing many of the common accessories like a poop bucket, the scraper, a build plate holder, the accessorie box as well as the very popular AMS light enclosure with integrated desiccant holders. That kept me busy for the first couple of weeks and was a good way to get to know the printer and also the different materials like PLA and PETG.

In October while I was happily printing a bunch of Halloween decorations, my wife noted the increasing amount of printed things sitting around the house and being an interior designer she defined a pretty clear rule: Whatever you print from now on needs to have a purpose around the house and needs to have an acceptable design, otherwise you’re in trouble my friend.

Crap. But as the saying goes – happy wife = happy life, I sat down and thought about what I could design that would actually have some purpose. At first I decided to design a modular stand for my Logitech webcam. But which CAD software would I use ? I looked at Fusion 360 and then found a Shapr3d tutorial online which really struck a note. So off I went and designed my webcam stand. I learned several interesting facts: Something can look great in a CAD program but will actually be a terrible print. Tolerances have to be calculated in for all parts that have to fit together. A design has to take into account how the model will actually be printed / oriented on the build plate. Even though I created a lot of PLA waste, this first model helped me a lot to understand these main topics better. I was very proud once my webcam stand hit 100 downloads on Makerworld and I even got some of my first makerworld points ! Yeah !

Being a 57 year old gamer, I do have quite a bit of game controllers around the house which needed a proper storage solution. Available models on Makerworld did not meet my requirements with regard to fit and finish, so I decided to create my own. So in early February I published the first model which supported the PS5 and xBox controllers. Within a month I got almost to 1000 downloads and shared this feat in the 3d Printing group on Reddit, which  also added some momentum. From then onwards I tried to create my own design style which I applied to more than 65 models that I now have published and by the end of July I have now hit the milestone of 30’000 Makerworld points, which allowed me to order a brand new H2C with two AMS2 Pros, some extra hotends and build plates – all paid for by Makerworld points. I still remember seeing these posts on reddit of people showing off their free printer purchases and I would not have believed that I would even even get close. And now it looks like I've come full circle - I'm back to printing a ton of accessories for the H2C 😀😀😀😀

How to "fix" sheet bodies

I use 3d scans of game controllers in STL format which are publicly available to create custom controller stands. Sometimes the only available stl models available show up as sheet bodies in shapr3d and there is no way to covert these to full bodies. Is there any way to convert these?
