Rec me some lights

Previous thread got deleted because I linked to specific products with questions about them, so I won't be direct this time.

I've got a shelf picked out, I've got trays and seeds at the ready, but I'm hung up on lights. I'm not going to drope $100/light for 4 lights.

Can anyone recommend me some budget lights that work and won't burn my house down? (I've been looking at lights on Temu and Amazon and a lot of them look the same and reviews indicate that there are soldering concerns with the wiring on some products.)

Vevor brand is also selling a set up for $85 on Amazon that includes a 4-rack shelf, 3 lights, and spill guards. I figure if I'm looking at $50-100/light, I may as well get the whole shebang for less than that.

Thanks for any direction in how to do this without overspending.

I work for an independent OP clinic and am interested in CEUs or certs that could lead to new or increased revenue streams. I have a specific IASTYM cert that has increased my caseload.
What CUEs or certs have you acquired that have made a difference for your clinic?

I'm running GOS on a Pixel 9a and my carrier is US Cellular. I am using an eSIM activated at one of their locations.

I've become aware that, since installing GOS, I have been receiving some but not all text messages sent to my phone. I am certain that I have missed SMS and MMS messages, and pretty sure but not certain that I have also missed RCS messages. Oddly, I have received some of each of these types of messages, and I have both missed and gotten messages from the same senders.
So, I'm struggling to find a pattern of why I'm failing to receive some messages but not others.

I did follow this set of directions step by step (which included activating ICC) and it did not resolve my issue:
Using RCS with Google Messages on GrapheneOS - GrapheneOS Discussion Forum

^The only thing I did not do there was the step involving turning airplane mode on to delete a previous version of Google Messages in order to do a "clean" install; my initial and only download of Google Messages onto this phone was via the official Google Play store.

While reading, I also noted this in the official GOS Usage Guide:

Android 12 introduced support for the GSMA TS.43 standard where provisioning for VoLTE, VoNR and Wi-Fi calling may be handled by Google Firebase. Currently it is very rare for carriers to be using Firebase to handle this. It is unlikely, but technically possible, that with such carriers you may be required to install sandboxed Google Play in order to obtain the former mentioned functionality where the carrier has not implemented fallback provisioning via SMS. Currently only US Cellular, Orange France, Cspire US, and Cellcom US are using this standard.

GrapheneOS includes bypasses for carrier restrictions on APN editing, tethering via USB, Ethernet, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi and the ability to disable 2G (only on 6th generation Pixel devices onwards) actions which would not necessarily have been possible on the stock operating system.

I will admit that I do not fully understand what this is saying or if it is even related to my issue. Is there a known issue with US Cellular customers?

What I have not tried yet: A mobile network reset.
That's
Settings > System >Reset Options > Reset Mobile Network Settings
Is this possibly helpful? And is there any downside to this?

If more information would be helpful, I will provide it. Thanks for any ideas, solutions, or information you can provide.
