Got the TV in 2017 and wasn't planning on upgrading just yet, but I think it might be the right time for a change. I think I want to jump to 85" since I'm in a different house. I don't think I want to go to OLED for this one right now since we tend to have the windows open for a very bright living area. I don't watch sports, I don't play a ton of video games on the living room TV, it's mostly for movies and shows. Where should I be looking for an 85" replacement that is under $1.5-2k?

For what its worth, I've seen the TCL QM7K mentioned a good bit around here and other subs, as well as a few Hisense models. How would these compare to the X900E I've had for the last 9 years? I want to go to 85" but I don't really want to step down in visual quality.

I’ve been on the hunt for a sofa for the room serving as my office, but I’d like to get something that will last and also look nice as time goes on. I’m thinking leather might last the longest and also look more mature in the space Since I started looking, I keep getting ads for loads of brands like Burrow, Article, Hydeline, Poly & Bark, etc, but lots of reviews are super old or all over the place. I’ve seen some stuff that might fit what I want, but what are going to be some good brands for a real leather (not bonded) sofa in the price range of $2000?

Bought a brand new HK45 Tactical a while back as my first HK. It’s been disappointing because I cannot hit a damn thing with it. I probably have 500-600 rounds through it now, and at 10+ yards I’m still wondering “where the hell did that round go?” on shots. I’d say usually 6-8” groups at 10 yards if I’m lucky.

Haven’t made any changes to the gun, though I do struggle with maintaining a clear focus on the front sight post and I don’t think the grip has enough texture. Groups with my FNX-45 are waaaayyyy better for the same caliber, and I have no issues with my P30L or USP9 at 10-15 yards. What am I doing wrong with this HK45? Should I try some grip tape, or just sell it?

Can anyone recommend some suppressor height fiber optic or night sights for the PSA Rock 5.7? I know the Rock is supposed to be compatible with Glock sights, but I'm unfamiliar with Glocks and not really clear on which version of sights I should be looking for. I think I'd prefer fiber optic even if it was just for the look, but open to suggestions.

I’ve had my EGO mower (LM2100) for about 5 years now. I got it when I was living in a small duplex with a small yard and didn’t need anything fancy. Now I’m in a house with a .25 acre lot and struggling.

I have two 5ah batteries and one 2.5 that came with my blower or trimmer. Even with brand new blades, this thing struggles with the thick bermuda that makes up my yard. There are chunks of my yard where I have to move at a snails pace or it’ll choke it out. It’s taking me 3 hours to mow and trim my yard because I have to move slow, and the batteries have to cool before they can actually charge. I would -love- to use the side mulch since I think that would help alleviate the issue, but apparently this mower was designed in a way that cannot side mulch at all due to the blades spinning the wrong way.

So I’m looking to upgrade, I really don’t want to deal with a gas mower, but I don’t know if EGO is going to be a solution for me or not. I don’t want to just buy more batteries and it still take 3 hours to mow, though.

I was planning to get a Milkman for my AP5-P as I wait for the SBR stuff to process, but things changed so fast. Due to the Modern Warriors clearance section and my own lack of self control, I have a 2nd Mojave 9 suppressor on the way... At like $660 I couldn't pass it up and I probably would've grabbed the Mojave 45 they had on there also if it hadn't already got grabbed today.

Anyone know how well the Mojave 9 performs on a PCC or something similar to the AP5-P? I have one already for pistols, so I could throw a tri-lug adapter on and use it on the AP5-P, I'm just not sure how well it performs on that kind of platform.

I have consistently heard that the Stribog doesn’t play well with hollow point rounds, but I just recently got to test my SP9A3 with a couple types hollow points. I tested around 200 rounds of Speer gold dot hollow points, and 100 of the 147 grain hollow points. I didn’t have a single malfunction out of any of those rounds. What circumstances do you guys find creates the most malfunctions? Is there any specific HP ammo that I should avoid with the Stribog?

I am thinking about selling my PDP compact since I recently got the PDP full size SF model. I have like 7 mags for the compact and I would like to keep a couple for the new gun if its possible to use them. Is there a way to convert the PDP compact 15 round magazines to fit the PDP full size SF? With or without a magwell? I can't seem to find a clear answer. I'd like to get a magwell as well, but then I'm not sure if that changes which mags I can actually use or not, or if I have to swap baseplates on all the magazines for that to work.

I think I got a good deal on the new PDP SF 4.5" that I picked up today at just over $1000, so I'm thinking about selling my polymer PDP Compact 4". But my PDP Compact has the ZR Tactical ultra mass guide rod and the uncaptured 15lb spring in it right now, and a threaded barrel since I occasionally shoot it suppressed. It looks like the guide rod and spring would fit in the PDP SF since there's a spacer in it.

If its compatible, should I just move these over to the new gun, or is there a better combo that I should get instead for this PDP SF 4.5"? And what should I keep in mind if I plan to get a threaded barrel for this one?

Shopping for a new gun and have narrowed it down to either a USP9 or P226 that I can use with a suppressor. Leaning towards the P226, but I am so damn confused by the 39 different models. I was thinking either the MK25 or the Legion, but even with the Legion I can't figure out if there's a threaded barrel that works with it. I'm trying to stay in that $1500ish range. What model should I be looking at to throw on a suppressor and red dot?

Made a post the other day to get opinions on my first two HK pistols, and decided last night to pull the trigger on the HK45 Tactical from Cabela’s since they stack that club discount with a military discount. Came out to $909 after tax and everything, so I’m going to check out pawn shops this weekend for a 9mm.

But the reason for my post: how should I plan to attach a Mojave-45 to the HK45 if I plan to swap between the HK and my FNX-45?

I want an HK pistol but I’m not sure which one. Originally had my mind made about a USP45, but decided to get an FNX-45 and a Mojave-45 thinking it’s the better value. Problem is, I still kinda want the HK pistol.

I don’t even know what I want at this point since I haven’t got to shoot them, but the USP and HK45 have been top of the list to pair with a suppressor. Then I got handsy with a VP9A1 and P30, and they felt great in the hand. If you were going to get 2 HK handguns, suppressed or not, what would you pick?

Basically the title? I’ve seen files for various braces and stocks, but rarely ever see anything for what they use for the rail bits of the actual telescoping piece.

I have an SP9A3 with a YHM short flash hider on the muzzle, and an R9 that basically lives there. I just picked up an AP5-P which has the 3-lug adapter. Eventually I’ll get another suppressor probably, but not immediately since I’m waiting on a Mojave-45 right now. Is it worth swapping out my short flash hider to a 3-lug so I can easily swap the R9 between the Bog and AP5? Never used 3-lug before.
