Installed 8821au-dkms for mx linux, kernel 6.1 and the same for antix26 k6.6 k5.10
I had working briefly in antix k6.6 then on reboot it wont wake up.
Did gather some modinfo 8821au about it.
Tried dongle on sparky 2026.03 k6.19, xubuntu 24, neither wakes it.
Is my dongle a dud? Asked ai, read lots.
Did usb-modeset on it earlier in the week. It doesnt as USB storage.
Running mx linux pipewire and current zoom 715. Noise cancellation is set low.
Computer not busy.
Anyone else getting this?
LAN is wifi, NAT, home.
I can ping, nmap port 7070. all show up.
But no longer see any other machines on Anydesk.
Tried switching versions 6.3, 7.0, 8.0
Linux machines: xubuntu, MX Linux.
Firewalls are off.
What am I missing?

Two people are reporting it down, it just buffers never plays. Chrome, Firefox same issue.
All went well ... until restart. Resetting network does not work, no longer able to even enter wifi setup.
How are Epson allowed to do this? I've seen other threads mentioning dead network.

Ive have ongoing complaints reported and escalated, CCTS. Now after 12months i get a voice mail from PM specialist to call their escalation agent back.

Ai is not finding solutions. Have a print server [desktop] linux with cups, ipp, bonjour running on a wlan. ipp shows all is fine on server side, shared printer is enabled, ufw is off, proper wlan, non guest wlan. ipp is running on port 631 cups. From source deasktop I've tried cups discovery and setup again, ipp direct to 192.168.0.109 = server. ipp, dnsd, proper drivers even raw. Source computer ufw=off, wlan same, non-guest. reboots and restarting cupsd not fixing. cups debugging shows "ipp error 2" which is cant find what it just found. Any ideas? I'm still reading arch cups docs,

People in the area are experiencing sporadic long range cell coverage. Ive checked and yes for a week signals are pulsing for around 4 secs on and 12 secs off. Calls dropped, poor streaming. Emails trickle
Seaside/rogers also have wireless internet outage due to lightning strike. Outage not listed!

smart phone can connect to stream via 2 apps.
URI is correct, tried others streams as well.
Firewall is off.
