I am getting huge advances in detoxing (sweating, eyes watering, and biofilms) after taking all the B vitamins together.

Since I started taking all of the B-vitamins together, I am seeing bigly improvements. I am having massive detoxing in my system. My eyes water. My skin sweats. Biofilms. My entire stomach feels tingly and good. I am closer than I have ever been at solving this problem.

Every time I take large amounts of B-vitamins, I dream about pizza. Is this Candida's desperate cries for help?!
It is very consistent and I never had these dreams prior.
I started taking high doses of B1, B2, B3, B5, and B7.
Days of Taking Them:
Day 1:
My left arm was really sore near my wrist. Intuitively, that felt like a wake up symptom since I've had over-use injuries there before.
Nights 1, 2, and 3:
I slept really deep and long and really well. I was feeling so great about this actually.
Day 3:
My upper back near the location where I had shoulder surgery started to feel achy and sore. This started getting more painful/sore so I decided to stop taking these because I was thinking I was pushing myself too hard on them.
Days of Not Taking Them:
Day 1:
I seemed ok. The soreness in my back stopped. Oddly, I slept just as deep and long that night even though I was not taking these.
Day 2:
I was so tired during the day. The most tired I have ever been since taking these even though I had now stopped taking them for 2 days.
Day 3:
I keep sweating. It is not warm in here at all and I am sweating a lot.
I feel just sort of like not good. Like, just sort of off.
So, is this all just wake up symptoms? I'm feeling not good after stopping these so I'm going to start taking them all again.
Note: I also take B12 once a week and folinic acid once a week. I only take them once a week because I get jittery if I do more than that. I also have B6 in the mail so I will be adding that soon.
