I am a complete beginner who has recently finished learning the basics of SEO (watched a couple of YouTube courses) and now I want to move from theory to actual practice.

My plan is to start a WordPress blog, not to make money but purely to practice SEO in a real environment. The idea is that it will also act as my portfolio later when I look for freelance clients or SEO jobs.

A few questions I did love your input on:

1. Is starting a blog the best way to practice SEO as a beginner, or is there a better method?
2. What are the most important things I should focus on when starting? (On-page SEO, technical SEO, backlinks?)
3. Does the niche matter if my only goal is to learn and build a portfolio?
4. Any mistakes you made early on that I should avoid?

Any advice from people who have been through this journey would mean a lot. I really appreciate any help you can provide.

Writing it with huge disappointment after failing to move further at 2.4kms.

I face the abdominal pain while running most of the times, for example my last run was 7.35kms with my cousin, during that the pain started at 2-3kms but i didn't stop because it was a fucckin challenge and there was no other option.

Today i fel it more, to an extent that i was at the slowest of pace, and then i stopped for a break at 2.4kms, but nah i was unable to carry on further.

Is it a mentality failure or the pain is real?

My jar of thoughts was fuckinnnn full.

I have tried both hard-soled and soft-soled shoes. The only thing I know is that the shoes should fit snugly while still leaving enough room for your feet to move comfortably.

Unfortunately, that hasn't really worked for me. Whenever I come back from a run, my big toe usually hurts and overall I don't feel comfortable running in my shoes.

At this point, if I am running in them it is mostly a David Goggins mindset pushing me through it. My last run was 7.35 km in those shoes.

Do you have any tips for choosing the right running shoes? Feel free to recommend specific brands as well.

As the title says, I have been going to doctors for more than a year now. The first doctor prescribed medicines that were expensive as hell, and I continued treatment with him for about 5–6 months but there was no improvement.

Then I went to a second doctor, and it has now been more than 6–7 months with him but still no results.

Anybody who knows about whether it is open or not

We have two neighbors who have installed security cameras with audio recording. One of them has placed the cameras very close to our wall, so close that it seems they can clearly hear our conversations.

On multiple occasions, it has been evident that they are able to hear our conversations very clearly, almost as if speaking face to face. For example during an earthquake they mentioned that they could hear us shouting and leaving the house.

Given this I wanted to ask what measures can be taken in such a situation. A lawyer did suggest speaking with them directly, but to be honest, that is not something I am comfortable with at the moment. We don’t have any conflict right now but I did prefer to understand my options in advance in case any issues arise in the future.

If anyone has experience with this or can suggest a suitable course of action, I did really appreciate it.
