This is what I send as reply msg in matrimonial proposals - Is this like too much sisters

I'm recently make myself available in the matrimonial app yh . I continue to get proposal from girl's parents and sometimes from the girls themselves.

I usually get just a *"*Hi, I liked your profile and stuff "or

"Hi lets get to know each other first " - something like these .

But I usually respond like

Hey 👋, Salam or nice to meet you , I'm looking for deen , character ,playful , looks and other aspects i mentioned in ma profile . Hope that's okay . If you're comfortable ,i have given you the photo request. We can take things forward once I'm good too .

Is this like too much sisters , Id like to be strict on this cuz I don't want to waste anybody time . But being like is not attracting anyone.

If this is bad , how shd I go about it .

Getting a lot of clients – Guide me to starting a Private Limited Company (India)

Hi , whatsup guys !!!

I'm planning to start a private limited company since I'm getting a lot of clients.

What are the formalities and registrations I need to complete?

I also came across saying that I should consult a lawyer and auditor. Can someone explain why they're needed, what their roles are, and how I should go about hiring them?

Also, approximately how much would it cost to complete the entire registration process without any errors?

I'm a solo guy in India trying to learn exporting by actually doing it — would love a hand from anyone willing

Hey everyone,

I'm writing this from India. No big company behind me, no team , just me, trying to figure out how to sell products to the US market and learning the whole export process as I go. GST, IEC codes, shipping, customs — all of it, one Google search and one mistake at a time.

Honestly, it's a bit intimidating. There's a lot I don't know, and most guides are written for people who already have a business set up, connections, or capital. I have none of that .just a willingness to figure it out.

I'm not here to pitch you anything today. I just wanted to put this out there because sometimes the fastest way to learn something is to be honest about not knowing it, and see who's generous enough to help fill the gaps.

If you've ever imported from India, worked in trade/logistics, run a small business that sources internationally, or just have 10 minutes to answer a dumb question , I'd genuinely appreciate it. And if you know someone who might want to try sourcing something from a first-timer who's putting in the work, I'm all ears too.

Thanks for reading this far. Wishing you all a good one.

Anna, chai kudunga — business pesanum." ☕

Vanakkam everyone! 🙏

Okay so I'll be straight with you — no corporate gyaan, no "I have 10 years experience" speech. I'm just a regular Chennai person with one big idea and zero ego about it.

I want to start an export business. And I can't do it alone.

Chennai is literally sitting on a goldmine — we have the port, we have the manufacturing connections, we have the talent. But somehow we're all just scrolling Instagram watching some guy from Coimbatore talk about his "export empire" 😂

So I thought — why not find MY people right here?

What I'm thinking:

Start small, start smart Everyone brings a skill to the table (research, contacts, documentation, marketing — whatever you're good at) No one pays anyone. We split work, we split wins. Simple. Full transparency, like a proper team

Who I'm looking for:

  • Someone who stays in chennai ( even people from other states are okay if they are staying here)
  • Someone who knows logistics / shipping basics
  • Someone good at research & finding buyers abroad
  • Someone with contacts in any manufacturing/product space
  • Even if you know NOTHING — but you're hardworking and serious, come on guys

What I bring: Commitment, time, and I will not ghost (unlike 90% of "business partners" on WhatsApp 😅).

This is not a get-rich-quick scheme. This is a "let's sit in a chai kadai, make a plan, and actually execute it" kind of thing.

If you're tired of just thinking about business and want to finally do something — drop a comment or DM me.

Chennai represent! 💪🫖

P.S. — Amma said to get a govt job. Respectfully ignoring that advice. 😂

Disclaimer : Only for chennai people .

Should we weigh incoming trucks before issuing a gate pass?

Our warehouse forces incoming trucks onto the weighbridge to check their weight before we issue an inward gate pass and start unloading.

Drivers are complaining daily about the waiting time, saying other warehouses give the pass first and weigh later.

Am I crazy for insisting on weighing the truck first to prevent stock theft and wrong weight disputes, or is this what your facilities do too?

Connected with cold chain owner - Guys needs your eyes on this

Well hello guys,

Recently I was with a cold chain owner and he rambled on about his problems with the system and flow — bth which is exactly what I wanted. He had already been cheated by a digital freelancer for 5k a month over nine months, and now he's showing slight hesitation , no taking a look at what i build , which he wanted in the first place ( honestly i understand his pain too )

After doing some research, I'm thinking whatever I build for cold chain has to be linked with exports.

Is there anyone here from cold chain, or anyone with a tie-up in the space? I really need to validate my idea — no commitment whatsoever.

The project is IMS with AI and market intelligence , which is working far better than I expected when I started. Would you guys be willing to take a look?

Spent the last month in the field. Visiting facilities. Talking to owners. Getting chai thrown at me sometimes .

Found something that genuinely surprised me. Owner's entire business runs on a register, a calculator, and 30 years of memory.

Asked one owner why he hasn't digitized yet.
He said: Jo aaya, wo samjha nahi. Jo samjha, wo bana nahi sakta .

That one line hit different.

I'm building the thing that bridges that gap. Early days. Figuring it out one conversation at a time.

Should i just start a company and start pitching or am i being delusional ?

Met a logistics guy here in Mumbai last week.

Small team. Good revenue.

But everything was happening on WhatsApp + Excel.

What if One wrong document got shared in the wrong group - shipment got delay -client will get pissed right!! 🤣… full chaos.

He told me that his business is growing, but things feel more out of control every month.

Is this just normal in logistics / export-import?

Or are we all just adjusting to broken systems?

I’m trying to learn from people actually doing this daily — freight, CHA, exporters, supply chain folks.

What’s the most annoying, repetitive, or risky part of your ops right now?

If I’ve seen a way to fix it, I’ll share it here. No selling — just giving back.

I was talking to a friend who runs a small textile export unit in Tirupur. He told me his team spends 2 full days every week just preparing shipping bills, commercial invoices, and packing lists — mostly copy-pasting the same data across different formats.

That hit me.

For those of you actively doing exports — is documentation genuinely the biggest time drain, or is it something else entirely? Like finding serious buyers, dealing with payment risk, or navigating customs delays?

Curious what actually kills your productivity vs what people assume is the problem.
