sleeves for arms for protection
Guyz, I got these sleeves from Imtiaz supermarket. Will they protect my arms from tanning and burning or do i need to still apply sunscreen under it. If yes, is it enough alone? If no, do spf30 enough under it or more needed??

I saw their spf 60 mineral and spf 100 tinted sunscreens. Ingredients also look pretty clear. Has anyone used their products?? If yes then drop ur reviews in comments to help me in deciding whether to buy from this brand or not.
