25M who is just now getting into makeup. i am very prone to fungal acne (currently having a flare), have very dry skin that flakes and peels, it's red, and very sensitive. i am also allergic to niacinamide.
i have a pretty good skincare routine, but just want to cover all my blemishes. i need something fungal acne safe, no niacinamide, something that doesn't pill (i believe the word is?), okay for very sensitive skin, and something that is not drying at all and very hydrating.
currently, i am using fenty beauty shade 110 concealer, it's a little too light for me but it blends okay. i think i need something that is my exact skin tone if i'm covering blemishes? not sure. it also is a little too drying and pilling. i also use missha mint green airy pot powder on top.
my exact shade (at least i think) is sephora's best skin ever foundation shade 09P. i liked it, but it's not fungal acne safe so i need to switch.
is concealer the best bet? or is it BB cream (still not totally sure what that is)? foundation? what kind should i use, and what shade matches those best?

i have short, 2B-2C, thinning (androgenic alopecia), golden blonde, fine, semi fluffy hair. i’m trying my best to take better care of it after seeing my hair in my passport photo and am looking for more products. semi-high price range is ok.
right now i wash every other day with kerastase homme bain de masse shampoo, condition with AG care thikk rinse (let sit for 2 minutes and comb my hair while it sits), towel dry, and add kerastase homme spray, AG care curl cream, and daily i apply karastase homme thickening serum). twice a week i also wash with ketocolanzopole shampoo. i am on finasteride (have been for 3 years) and minoxidil (have been for 2 years).
how are my products currently? i’m thinking i want to switch conditioners but im not sure. i’m also interested in a clarifying shampoo and a hair mask to do monthly.

my doctor gave me a lizness sample a little while ago but i didn’t take it because things started improving. i’m back to square one now though after taking laxatives last night with no relief, so i decided to take my first pill about an hour ago (on an empty stomach).
my doctor talked to me about it but it was like 8 months ago i can’t remember what he said. will it produce a bowel movement the first time i take it? how long until i have one, if it works that is? he said diarrhea will go on for a bit with it which i’m fine with (better than constipation, i stay at home all day anyways), but how long until it evens out?
what’s everyone’s experience with it in general? i’m so sick of this (literally and figuratively) and i need some kind of relief badly. i’m especially wondering how soon it took for your first BM to happen while on it

i (FtM transgender) am reaching the end of my nexplanon, so i went in to have it removed today. the doctor felt my arm and could not find it anywhere, he said it has migrated. i am booking an ultrasound first thing monday.
i have not been able to feel it for a while now, like a year and a half maybe (just thought it was my imagination and never thought to get it checked) but i know it's still working as i have been having regular unprotected sex with my long term boyfriend since we moved in together a year and a half ago (we were long distance before and only saw each other every 3 months). i am also on testosterone and have been for the past 7 years, so that might be linked to why no pregnancy or periods.
for those of you who have had this happen, what happened? did you need surgery? a minor procedure? were you put under for it, twilight anesthesia, or local anesthetic? how did they do it? i'm pretty nervous.
