Sassy’s spinoff will air on VICE as part of the Animation+ Mixtape block. Trailer below.
I wanted to share this here, Animation+, the company that brought the Big Lez spinoffs to Tubi, is partnering with Vice on a new animation block that starts this Friday. We could potentially see Big Lez on cable television.
animationmagazine.netFirst look at America’s Next Top Cryptid, a new animated series coming exclusively to Tubi. Created by Explosm Entertainment (Cyanide and Happiness) and Spud Gun Studios (Mashed).
Pantheon has been added to the free 24/7 Hidive channel, airings start this Friday at 9PM CST. Seems to just be season 1, but being available to watch for free legally (even if it’s on schedule) is nice.
It looks like the OTA version is the same as the FAST version. Unfortunately I don’t have a schedule on the Roku EPG for it, but it’s currently playing the same GI Joe episode with just a bit of time difference, around 20-25 seconds which is to be expected.
reddit.comRoku Channel Purge?
So yesterday morning I realized my favorites list got shorter, the Retrocrush and Transformers channels had gone missing. I assumed that they were just down for maintenance, and would be back up in a few hours, but it’s been a day and no sign of them. I have also just learned that from the MST3K subreddit that the MST3K channel is also gone. This leads me to believe that there was a purging of channels. If anyone knows of any other channels that were removed please feel free to name them just to confirm if this was a purge.
A continuation of Code Lyoko is currently in it’s early stages, rights are still a problem. OG co-creators, writers, and French VA’s are already confirmed to be returning! (Posting here because of Code Lyoko ran on CN)
MHA graphic that appears after commercial breaks on It’s Anime
First AXS and now Remow, the license for the first season of MHA must be dirt cheap. We’re probably never gonna see MHA finish it’s run on Toonami sadly 😔
Really disappointing tbh, Toonami was my introduction to MHA and was what really got me fully into anime. I ofc watched anime on Toonami before MHA first aired, but something about MHA and Toonami’s whole presentation of it was what really hooked me in.
