We’ve only had her for a few months, but it’s like she’s always been here

Singularity was surrendered to my vet cuz she couldn’t clean her butt and was stinky, but she’s the sweetest and I’m starting to think it’s a glandular thing with her butt and not weight related. We clean her butt from time to time which she hates and screams like a human when we do it.

My wife has a secretlab chair that my mother bought for her several years ago. It broke and it is out of warranty. We attempted to contact SL about purchasing replacement parts and they have been annoyingly difficult.

They want my elderly mother to email them from an address she doesn’t even use anymore before they will even answer our questions about replacement parts. We don’t expect them to fix anything for free, we just want to buy parts and they won’t even tell us that. Does anyone have any insights on this situation?
