i have closed comedones and clogged pores all over my face
i also have acne rosacea
i have oily skin
ive been using the bepanthen moisturiser + cerave cleaser but i think it is whats giving me this bad skin
so, i decided to switch my moisuriser and cleanser
bought the cetaphil cleanser for oily skin
i bought the Avene Cicalfate Repair Cream to use as a moisturiser, but turns out its NOT a moisturiser (pls tell me how u use this)
what other MOISTURISERS can i get (NOT CREAMS) that i can apply on my skin in the morning and before makeup
also, how can i layer the Avene Cicalfate Repair Cream with adapalene 0.1 (which i will start using in a couple days) and azelaic acid 20% (which ive been using)

im so lost and i already spent alot of money
and please upvote so that it can reach more people, cause im very desperate rn

have used adapalene 0.1 gel 3 times during almost 10 days
in the purging phase but had to take a small break cause my skin barrier was damaged
my closed comedones have been showing more which i guess means theyre going
but what about nose pores?
why can i feel small bumps more now
does that mean theyre also going?

derm said i had acne-rosacea, prescribed me doxy for a month and azelaic acid 20%, a week after day 1, my face was so clear and not red or inflamed, and i barely experienced any dryness
a week after that month finished, my acne came back worse than before with more white heads between my eyebrows and redness all over (with also using aa)
i am now a month later after stopping doxy
decided to start adapalene gel 0.1 once every 4 days using sandwich method and i only used it 3 times (not prescribed)
i am breaking out in places ive never had acne in (nose, chin, lips, jawline) so its most definitely not a purge
i have 10 pills of the doxy, idk if taking them again will help it in any way?
i was thinking id take the pills, then try my best to maintain that when theyre done
but im scared itll come back worse
im very clueless and idk what to do anymore
i put spf every day and i moisturise alott
rn im trying to stop all creams and js moisturise and cleanse till my barrier is repaired

it is not a medication with permanent results
ngl i was the happiest while i was on it, but the moment i stopped it everything became bad
its effect stops a week after u stop taking it
and ur acne comes back stronger when u do (good thing i was able to control mine with some creams)
my personal advice to u, please dont take it unless u really need ur acne gone for a specific event and u dont mind it coming back later on ❤️

1- how is the correct ghusl (after menstrual cycle) carried out? every single website or video is telling me something diff and idk what to do
2- i have a mirror infront of me when i pray, and i sometimes look at myself while praying, is that okay?
3- is going out with nose peircings halal?
4- can i show my earrings through my hijab (not ears tho)
5- is there anything against having long nails as a girl?

i have the blue cap shampoo (if anyone has tried it)

all buttons work but some feel hard to press and kinda sticky
i cleaned the keyboard with wipes, what else can i do

then my dermatologist decided to stop the medicine, so i stayed only on the azelaic acid 20% for a week, and for the past 2 days, ive been experiencing so much pain and burn whenever i apply the acid onto my face, i apply it on a dry face after i use a cerave cleanser (recently changed my cleanser btw) please help
