Walmart find. So good! Garlicky, crunchy. These are the long sandwich size slices. Which I'm normally not a fan of, but I had to make myself put the jar up rather than eat all of them at once.

Recently came to y'all for pie advice. (THANKS). Made the pie in question. And I was so proud of it! I managed the pretty scallop edges, cut hearts into the middle. Cooked up perfectly golden. Smelled amazing!

ETA: Gotten a lot of comnenra on the dish. I looked and it's Anchor? Well done for staying together, Anchor!

Any time I cook anything that could make a mess, it goes on a sheet pan. So I put my pie on the smaller one. And it's also the thinner one.

Pie is done. I pull it out, the pan makes a popping noise, bends, and before I can even think to do anything the steaming hot pie slides off, lands upside down on the floor into the corner. 😭😭

I already have ant problems so I had to take extra extra care cleaning it up. Which was fun with it being in the corner.

Remade the pie, but if course it didn't turn out as pretty as the first one. 😢

But I wanted to say thank y'all for the help, for one shining second, I had a nearly picture perfect pie, LOL🤦🏼‍♀️

Is there a secret to getting Mitchs Far Harbor quest?

Xbox Series S

I DON'T get it way more often than I do.

I understand it's a known bug. I thought I had it figured out by talking to him before I talked to Little Bertha. (After the Captains Dance and helping Cassie and Mariner) But my next playthrough that didn't work. I've tried different things, but can't seem to put my finger on it

Anyone know the secret?

ETA: I finish the Captains Dance. Doc tells me to talk to Mitch and Little Bertha. I've usually done all of Cassie's missions, so times finished the mariners, but not always because sometimes she's slow about giving me the last one.

I go to Mitch and run through every line. Even talk to the lady in there with him. But he rarely gives me The Hold Out.

Looking for a particular mission/assignment in, I'm pretty sure ME1 because of the citadel layout

Edit: That's it! Thank y'all so much!!

Spoilers

...

...

This will be somewhat vague because I can't remember the whole thing. Not a mod because I'm on Xbox.

Okay, I actually can't remember what the mission actually was, but a little later after completing it, you end up on the docking bay. C-Sec officers are gathered there and tell you that one of the people you rescued was, understandably very traumatized and looking to kill herself. They can't get close enough to drug her to save her

You make the conversation choices, and slowly moving to her. Trying to intervene.

I've played multiple times, but it just occurred to me I've only gotten this once or twice. It was really a very heartbreaking mission

Does this sound familiar to anybody that can give me the name and how to start it? I know some missions depend on what class you choose.

(Xbox Series S) What am I doing wrong? What am I missing??

Mass Effect 1. Beat the game, roll credits. It then goes to the Push Button screen. Which then goes to the Resume/New career/Load career/Etc screen.

In ME2, you roll credits, and continue to play. Then Save. And import that career to 3

I don't get a choice to do that in 1. Resume takes me back to the end fight. Load career pulls up other old saves.

But my character isn't there to import in ME2. It's all old stuff. (Which makes me crazy, how do I delete those old careers when the save file isn't even there)

So what on earth am I doing wrong? I've beat Saren 4 times in a row now trying to figure out the problem

I didn't even know this was possible.

Ilos trench run. Hit an outcropping, over I went. I didn't think anything could derail the Mako. As much as I complain, i do like that I could flip over mountains and keep going.

Hit a bump on the other hand...

I tried rocking it, using thrusters, shooting, but nope.

Thankfully i had saved right before this, LOL

Garrus is a bit blood thirsty

I've started a new playthrough, and concentrating on Garrus.

Haven't romanced him yet, so that's what I'm going to do. (Disappointed you can't across all 3 games )

Taking him on missions a lot more than usual so I've been getting some interesting dialogue. And my boy is always ready to fight or go the violent route to talk to people. No wonder Mordin kept trying to hook him and Eve up. He's practically a Krogan!

A question about Tali

Do we actually know what she looks like? Has there ever been anything from Bioware (not fanfic) about a Quarian's actual appearance that I've missed, or is it left completely mysterious?

ETA: okay. Idk wtf but why don't I recall this picture y'all are talking about?? Ive romanced her and i just do not remember this!

I must've not been paying attention and now I'm sad. I'm romancing Garrus this playthrough because I've never done that, but guess I'll be romancing Tali again because it bugs me that I didn't see that picture. (It was posted below, but it's going to bug me if I don't do it myself, lol)

I don't know this dance.

About to head into a fight when I noticed i was alone. Backtracked to find them at the entrance. Otherwise occupied.

Shepherd falls. A lot.

Across all 3 ME games. S/He's always falling. Not because s/he's clumsy, but I guess because it's more dramatic to have them nearly fall to their death and then power through. LOL

It reminds me of the movie Deep Blue Sea. Thomas Jane's character is constantly falling/getting knocked down. It cracks me up, and I love it.

Also....Cerberus are so dumb! Idk how many times I have just walked up and stood right next to one of the soldiers and they never look up, just crouch there. I've even had a few of them pushing me out of the way as they sneak around to the next cover. See? This is why y'all are losing, my friend 🤣. Except for the Engineers. Those guys, relatively fast, plus they keep setting up turrets if you don't take thrm out fast enough.

I never get tired of playing these games.

Oh and I got ahold of the particle rifle and holy crap I love this thing!

Season 6, E13 Legend of Sleepy Halliwell

Rewatching and just got to this episode. The dialogue between Gideon and the aide (can't remember his name) tells us that Leo knows all about the school, that Gideon has known thrm since the girls were little, and even implied that Grams went to school there.

Why would he never mention the school to Piper, knowing she looking at getting Wyatt into a school (I know she most likely wanted a human school for him, but Leo could've at least brought it up. And all these years they never needed use of the resources? It makes no sense for nobody to have mentioned the school.

Before that, when Paige went to the 60s, she meets Leo hanging out with Penny and friends.

Yet Grams shows no signs of recognition. Her "forgetting spell" was to forget the girls. Not the entire days' events.

Before that, when Piper is pregnant and she's looking at her baby book, and she tells Leo too look at her as a baby. He says he knows what she looked like because he's been watching over her her whole life.

Whiteligjter or not, he was an adult when he started watching over them. Watching thrm grow up from babies and now he's making babies with one of them?

I love this show, try not to nitpick it, but these are a few things that always bugged me.

*sigh*. Got bored, started over. Just got back from KD.

I carry my work benches with me, because hey you never know. "Built up" the bench to include everything from KD.

Went to build something, can't find my benches (2 at this point) in my inventory. Okay I guess I left them somewhere. I run around everywhere. Can not find them. They're just gone. Not in any chests, not sitting around, not in my inventory.

i guess apparently at some point I accidentally deleted them? Can't build new ones because I don't have one to build with. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Thankfully I then remembered Fishers Isle (or whatever it's called), and was able to go there and build new benches. And I almost grabbed that one last time I was there, lol. Zero idea what I would've done. This game really needs multiple save files, lol.

Soo....do y'all have any "yep, I'm an idiot" stories? LOL Or, is it just me?

u/isthatsoreddit — 29 days ago

Y'all. Walmart find. I have missed Pringles Screamin' Dill (way better than what they have out now). These crackers will make your face implode. So hard to find extreme pickle without also being hot. These. Are. Those.

It's 100°f today. This displeases me. I'm off to explore Winterhold and Eastmarch for a little cooldown
