i need some help with transportation.

what do you guys think is better , do i book a hotel inside the city center and just use the water transportation. or can i get cheaper option in the area outside and go to the center when i want to . i checked uber can take me for 50$ . My question is is there a bus or public transportation that can take me from the area around the airport( where i marked the x) to inside the city .
