Things to do/see/eat in the DMV with teenagers that'd make me the coolest big sister ever?

I'm an eldest daughter BY FAR, I'm in my thirties and have 10, 16 and 17 year old siblings. They're coming to visit next week, sans parents. I need ALL THE IDEAS because I have never had to entertain a teenager by myself for days at a time, let alone THREE, and I want them to love their time here with me. Thank you very much in advance.

Super late to the party but I want to know Alicia McCarvel tea from the beginnings!

So I saw some random comments here and there that her Attractive Husband used to deny dating her and also made her choose between a wedding and a ring and also used to bribe her into going to the gym...? I want to know more, I'm so sceptical of their Perfect Relationship...

First month on Zepbound: 5 lbs down, daily headaches, weird aversions & lots of nausea

So my first month was a mixed bag. I have lost weight and I have noticed less bloating and less puffiness in my face too. I think the amount I lost is also good - sustainable and consistent. The food noise is gone, I'm not snacking mindlessly, my portions are small.

I could, however, do without the daily headaches and the nausea that just comes out of nowhere for no reason at all. I'm not miserable per se but I'm not sure I can keep doing this for very long if the headaches persist. I also developed a very sad aversion to black coffee, one of my favorite things in the world. I'm only able to stomach those latte drinks now that are barely coffee, mostly milk and syrup. So yeah, these things kinda baffle me.

Tirzepatide after bariatric surgery?

I had VSG in 2021, lost 70lbs, gained most of it back from fertility treatments (no pregnancy unfortunately). Started Zepbound this week, it's been CRAZY effective, my restriction is back and I'm very hopeful this will be great for me. Looking for others with tirz experience post bari surgery.
