Could I freeze or fridge these bacon egg sandwiches?

Could I freeze or fridge these bacon egg sandwiches?

Hello. I have never meal prepped sandwiches before. My daughter is obsessed with the Starbucks double bacon egg sandwiches. I've learned to remake them at home to her liking, but I'd love to be able to do them in a batch. So whenever we are in a time crunch, she could heat them up in our air fryer. Do you think it would be possible? Thanks for your input.

Island at War (2004) Fictional story of the Nazi invasion of the Channel Islands. With baby faced Sam Heughan and Joanne Froggatt.

I'm enjoying this mini series. I'm watching it on Prime Video. Thought I'd share with the group.

Did I miss something? These posts about behavior keep popping up.

Not sure what I did to my algorithm to get so many PCA hater posts on my feed from Dodger fans (it's like, exclusively Dodger fans). Did I miss something with PCA? These comments about his behavior keep popping up. I admit I prefer just to watch and listen to games, and am no longer a consumer of sports talk(the endless commercials drive me crazy). Also - why are so many Dodger fans such haters?

Idk, the kids I know and teach are loving PCA. The adults I know are loving PCA. He's so fun to watch. I've never seen anything but lovely interactions with him and fans during games.

Sidenote: Yes, I know I need to get off Twitter. It's just such a s****show that's too fun to watch sometimes.

So do y'all hate La Jolla? Because that's what it seems on Reddit vs. Facebook

I was excited to go there until I deep dived way too much about how you all seem to hate it because you want it closed down for the sea lions and that it smells. I was certainly not trying to play with any animals. I'll respect their space. Just wanted a nice beach to chill at and seeing the animals seemed like a bonus. I have an 11 year old and a 14 year old with me. Like do locals hate it? Or is this just Reddit hate? And my kids are not morning people, as some people have suggested to go in the morning, so it would have to be an afternoon thing.

Birria Egg Rolls moved to Section 217 at Alesmith (as of July 2026)

I'm just a Cubs fan visiting from Chicagoland, but I got lost trying to find these today at Petco Park. They moved from section 105 to 217 at the Alesmith. Legit one of, if not, the best ballpark foods I've ever had, so glad I found them! And we've been to 22 ballparks now! (PS, Petco is now in the top 5 of my favorites, I'm loving the vibe here)

Wrigley Bag Policy Appreciation Post

Y'all, we have it so good. I haven't had my bag checked at all at Wrigley the past few times.

This year I've been to a Marlins, Giants Dodgers and Angels games. All but the Giants with either a no bag or clear bag policy (I'm still unclear if Giants have a policy, but my leather backpack was allowed in, no check).

I'm sorry but as a woman, I like my bag. It's a security blanket for things. Feminine products, wipes, mini hair brush, makeup refresh if needed.

Sure, I could buy a stupid clear bag for some of those, but I like my bag.

That's all. Just like that Wrigley is just like, **** it.

1 dead, others injured after speeding boat rides over another boat on Fox River near McHenry

Owner of the offending boat is allegedly Rick Stevenson of the company Stevenson Crane. Boat was in a no wake area speeding (apparently was throughout the river and lakes). It also has 3, yes 3 500 hp motors on it. Witnesses say he was intoxicated. The people on the boat tried to flee.

Reports from witnesses on Facebook allegedly say the woman died instantly from decapitation.

We need better boating laws and restrictions on motors!

Amusement Park hater here: would fitting in Universal be worth my time and money?

I'm going to come out and say that I and my husband are huge amusement park haters because waiting in lines could be time spent having a cocktail on the beach or at the pool or checking out local culture or exploring nature. We have made it clear we would never do a Disney only type trip because that time and money could be better spent exploring other places in this world. But since we have the kids with us (11 or 14), and we are in LA-Anaheim for our Cali Baseball Stadium trip (seeing all the MLB teams), I thought okay, maybe one day at Universal. Here are some questions I have.

  1. Is it worth it to go on Thursday, July 30th? Our hotel is very close to the park such as I don't think we would need parking.

  2. Express Tickets for that day are 319 bucks each. I see it gets cheaper during the school year, so I understand why it's higher. I'm used to Great America prices. Am I missing out on some discount programs? Husband is a retired veteran. I mean that's insane the price, but if the place is worth it, then I guess it could be an option to go.

3.Should we buy express? We are going to the Dodgers game that night. Also, as I said, we really hate lines, but if a Thurs is not a busy time, then I don't mind saving almost 400 bucks.

  1. Am I just crazy and I should just forget this whole thing and just relax by the hotel pool before either Dodgers game? We are seeing a lot of awesome things on the Cali Coast.

I want to figure out if this is worth it before I even look into minor details. I appreciate any help you can give.

VX1 or 5200? New to Vitamix

I don't use a blender regularly, but from time to time, I realize I need one for certain things. Things a food processor can't do as well for instance.

The 5200 is 150 dollars more on Amazon than the VX1. I've tried perusing this sub, but y'all got lots of love for any of these blenders lol. Also, they sound practically the same, but the VX1 has a few extra features? So why does it cost less?

Is the 150 bucks extra worth it? I appreciate your input. This is for home cooking, nothing more.

Are tryouts getting earlier?

I'm in the Chicago Suburbs, and I keep seeing the posts on Facebook in the Chicago Travel Baseball group about all the upcoming tryouts for like next week!! This seems earlier than normal. Used to be the second half of July. Or am I experiencing the Mandela effect?

At this point, the countless options are causing me to not buy anything

We got a Roborock in 2020, and loved it until dog poop ruined it two years ago. I cleaned it all out, but it just wasn't the same. I bought a Sebo bag vacuum, and while it's awesome, I miss the hands off approach of a robot vacuum to do daily work. But back in 2020, Roborock seemed like the hands down winner. Now, oh boy. I've spent hours trying to figure out which one to buy. This is a lot of money to spend, and I don't want buyers remorse. All these terms-flexiarm, flexibrush, duodivide, duo rollers, hot mopping. My head is spinning

And the various prices. Like, I spent 1000 on my Sebo. I'm not sure I want to spend that again. Not saying I want cheap, but I'm open to suggestions if the more expensive ones are worth it.

I've tried asking in the Roborock group, but I'd like to get more opinions.

-multilevel house. We have a weird layout in which it looks like a two story, but we have like 4 levels with mini sets of stairs. Also, no carpet!

-3 dogs

-2 long haired humans

-a boy who continues to forget to take cleats and shoes off (ahhhhhhhh)

-kids in and out all day

No tangles is very important. Cleaning corners is also very important. Avoiding things is important.

Mopping is not as important. It's cool though.

Like I said, we have 4 levels in this house. Not sure how this should affect our decision.

I want to pull the trigger asap. Any help you can provide is appreciated.

Algonquin Commons-why all the right turn only stop lights?

I'm just trying to understand the reasoning behind it. All it has done is add a bunch of traffic, and anyone travelling north still has to go out of their way to find a light that allows left turns, or make risky turns on 62 to the left turn lane on Randall.

They keep adding more stop lights to Randall in Algonquin and up towards Ackman. What used to be a quick ride between Crystal Lake and the commons is basically as long as it takes to go double the miles.

Amazon Prime Deals-June 23-26, 2026...which Vacuum?

I have three dogs, and two of us humans with long hair, so the detangle is a must (duodivide). I need a good sturdy vacuum as my floors get dirty quick, and self empty is a super bonus. Mopping would be cool. Appreciate any input!

Found what I would guess is a mild case. What are the next steps?

We had suspected them as my daughter was getting unexplained bites, but I never saw a bug. That is, until I slept in her room one night and it crawled by me a few days ago. I now understand their behavior better, and tore the room apart looking. Only found one more bug on the box spring.

Decided to check our room. Well guess what, they were there in the bed skirt. Not a lot. Of course that's when my husband shows me his unexplained bites. But I'm trying not to panic and determine the next steps.

So far, we have:

-thrown out our bed skirt (it was ugly anyways)

-put the box springs and mattresses in encasements

-vacuumed all around (gonna do it again)

-moved beds and nightstands off wall

-started washing bedding and stuffed animals (high heat dry also)

-covers on electrical outlets

-was already decluttering as a summer project, so I guess that will help also

-I won't lie to you, the idea of ripping out my entire closet, dressers, and my daughter's to do bagging sounds like a nightmare. What is my alternative to this? I did bag our pillows for now in garbage bags.

Probably going to do the same for my son's room even if I don't find any bugs there.

We leave for vacation tomorrow. Trying to do all I can before we go, and then continue the process when we get back, so any recommendations are appreciated. I have read about cimexa and DE. Should we put this down before we go? We will most likely hire a professional when we get back. What are your recommendations for when we get back?

I can't let this become paranoia. Lice became that for us last summer from an outbreak at school. I learned a lot and now I could easily take lice head on. This seems like a different league all together.

Go rear ended in FL in rental. Gold report with police. Just received a bill for 6000 dollars.

As the title says. The other driver admitted fault and had insurance as it was a Work vehicle. Yet Enterprise is sending us a bill for damages. We know Florida is no fault, but not sure how that plays a factor here . How do we fight these charges? TIA.

For context, I have 2 short hair dogs, one log hair, 2 women with long hair, and a boy who keeps forgetting to take his cleats off (don't get me started lol). I need something that can work daily to clean

I went through previous posts about this model, and I now have serious doubts. Is this a bad buy? We had a Roborock S5 before and it was fine.

Hello. We are looking to go from Seattle to San Diego on a road trip end of July. Our main purpose is to visit the baseball stadiums (It will get us up to 24 stadiums total), but we want to go sight seeing as well. Seeing how crazy rental cars cost going one way. We planned on taking the Amtrak from Seattle to Portland to save on on rental car costs, but the Portland coast sounds like there is a lot to see. My husband is very excited to see the Redwood Forest, so that is also on the list. My husband is also obsessed with going down Highway 1 along the coast, but I also saw that Amtrak does do some of that in Southern California, so thought that could also be an option as part of the trip We are very, very unfamiliar with the west coast (Chicago suburbanites here). Are there any other MUST SEES on our trip? We have never done a road trip this long before. Oh I should add, it must be Seattle to San Diego, and not the other way around, due to the timing of the baseball home games. Appreciate any input!
