So I've had the printer for about 6 months and this is probably my 3rd print fail and definitely the worst. Any specific reason it would fail this bad with this printer?

If I unplug the new rear then main touch screen works but the second I plug it in neither touch screen works. If I plug in the old one the touch screen works. Anyone kmow whats going on?
