Books about growing up gay and finding it hard to be friends with straight males?
I always loved this topic because I relate on a first hand experience of growing up through different male friend groups and never seeming to find strong connections. Generally anything to do with boyhood, growing up gay, and the relationships we have to the people we were surrounded with.

Is my front panel too short?
When I lay my back and front panel on top of each other there is a drastic amount of space between, trying to pin the side seams together has been a nightmare. How do I go about adjusting this? The inseam was easily pinned together. These are a pair of pants I attempted to copy the pattern off but having doubts over this part in particular :(

Authors like Joni Mitchell
I’ve been a long time fan and always drawn back to how Joni tells a story through her writing, it’s very touching and I’m eager to discover books that give me the same feel. Blue, Don Juan’s Reckless Daughter, Herjia, and Clouds are my favourites. I love topics discussing the layers and complexity of life and relationships between people. I enjoy hearing people’s life stories and different perspectives. I’ve read Just Kids as a starter and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed that. I started Candy Darlings biography also!
