severely struggling mentally with the thought of going back to work after hospitalization, trying to think of my next steps

Hi everyone, i (22F) have Crohn's Disease, McArdle's Disease (Muscle Disease), Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, and OCD. i'm also in the process of trying to get seen by orthopedics, rheumatology, and endocrinology. all of my conditions/ symptoms diagnosed and undiagnosed have been really adding up lately and i keep pushing through it which lead to me being hospitalized for Rhabdomyolysis. I'm also worried i'm going to end up on my 4th(ever)
Psychiatric hospitalization at this rate. i have my hospital follow up with my PCP Monday, and i see the orthopedic specialist Thursday after my first day back at work.

the orthopedic specialist is for a 10+ year long possible knee bursitis, and rheumatology and endocrinology are both for reactions i have to many things. said reactions include severe facial flushing, body aches, heart racing, muscle weakness, and feeling very confused/ out of it/ dizzy. this is all especially concerning considering i work at a Daycare and don't think i should be doing that in a poor physical/ mental state. not to mention, i've had many mental breakdowns over the job and have moderate to severe muscle pain at the end of every single shift.

has anyone here been able to get paperwork from a specialist to expedite the ER process when having severe complications from their disease?

hi everyone, i (22F) am currently hospitalized because i have rhabdomyolysis from my muscle disease. i knew i had pretty bad it based off of symptoms, so i got a ride to the Emergency Room Saturday. i didn’t get my markers to check for rhabdo (CPK) drawn until about 4 hours after checking in to the ER, despite telling them i’ve had it before/ have a disease that can cause it. while waiting to have my blood drawn i even had a nurse tell me they were going to try and release me soon, like as soon as i was finally seen despite them not checking anything yet.

my CPK ended up being to high for their system to measure (over 20,000 U/L). i was then finally put on fluids, 5 hours after arriving at the hospital. by the time i was given fluids, my muscle pain was much worse and i was feeling very ill. for those who don’t know, rhabdomyolysis is a dangerous medical emergency. i really wish i had been given fluids sooner, as that is the treatment. has anyone here been able to get something from their doctor that expresses they need at least bloodwork quickly when displaying certain symptoms? i don’t currently have a specialist for my disorder as i moved but i plan on getting a referral from my primary once i am discharged.

was doing well for a week, but i am currently in the hospital and just spent a lot of money online

hi everyone, i (22F) struggle with shopping addiction as i use it to cope with stress. i struggled terribly this month, and for the past week did slightly better. then Saturday i was hospitalized, i’ve been on bed rest just scrolling on my phone and feeling extremely stressed. i told myself i would just look online to help myself relax, but ended up buying so much to calm myself down. now i regret it and feel terrible while being sick at the same time. i tried to cancel my orders but couldn’t, so i’m going to return them when they arrive. i have a label maker, so i can just ship from home. even though i have a plan i feel so bad.

finally tried Lush Super Milk, not only do i love it but people around me seems to as well.

hi everyone! i am sort of new to fragrance collecting, and have found myself to be very picky. i’ve seen almost solely positive reviews of Lush Super Milk, the hair primer and glitter spray specifically. upon acquiring them i am very pleasantly surprised, i understand the hype. not only do i love them, but my mom who’s normally very picky about fragrance, and also gets bad reactions to most actually likes the smell and can tolerate it physically. then, i’m pretty positive this is my boyfriend’s favorite scent i’ve ever worn and we’ve been together for almost three years, he keeps raving about how good i smell and told me not to run out. 😂

haven’t slept in over 24 hours, by noon it will be 36. should i call off of work? this hasn’t happened to me in a long time.

hi everyone, i (22F) have been feeling very awake and restless the past couple days. i’m on Abilify 15mg for over 2 years and just started Lexapro 5mg like a week ago. i think this may be a side effect of the medication i started. i work at a daycare and have a full shift starting at 7am and it is currently 4:30am… what do i do?

EDIT: thank you for all of the replies, i called off and will be calling my psychiatrist.

cut my own bangs and i hate them, advice?

they are way too short and choppy for my taste, and my natural hair texture is wavy (this is blowdried) so they look even shorter if i air dry

is what i want attainable in one hair session with a stylist/ is it possible at all? i don’t know a lot about hair.

hi everyone! i (21F) am considering a pretty big hair transformation next year, but i’m not sure if it can be done all at once. if not, it’s okay i was just hoping i could do it all in one day. i have picked a salon that does alternative hair daily, so i think i can get my goal end result one way or another hopefully. i want my hair lightened from a natural level 6 blonde to level 8, lighter highlights with some of them being chunky, and a light blue peekaboo under-layer. i know this would be a lot for someone to do in one session, so if it was possible i would tip well. i have sort of at home bleach damaged hair though, and had to cut a lot off because of that so i don’t know if i can get this on top of that.

going out to eat 3 days in a row, today is the last day and i don’t want to go over my calories again but i’m not sure how to calorie count at a restaurant

hi everyone! i (21F/175lbs/5’4”) would like to be in the 160’s by the end of June/ start of July. i know i’m close but i did go out to eat two days in a row, and am going again. Friday was a date with my boyfriend, before i knew i was going to be doing mother’s day dinners with my grandmother then mom. i already planned my food for the day otherwise and have 600 cals left for dinner (my daily limit is 1300). i used to be 220lbs so i know i can reach my goal, i just like having goal dates. i estimated the cals the first couple days, but didn’t even try to stay in my deficit to be honest.
