Ayesha is the first anonymous celebrity I swear I have never gotten a good view of this woman’s life and she looks different in every picture
basically the title
basically the title
Ayesha says that she grew up chubby but I haven’t seen any pictures of her chubby like yes she’s skinnier now, but I don’t remember her being chubby before and all the pics from her teen years I have seen dont look chubby. Am I missing something
Now first, let me preface this by saying this is probably a crazy theory, and Amanda herself basically said after the reunion that she didn't really want to come back, so take this with a grain of salt. But if it wasn't entirely Amanda's choice, and Bravo also didn't ask her back, I honestly find that kind of odd.
Whether you like Amanda or not, she was creating actual, genuine conflict and drama on the show. RHOBH has had a boring problem for years. A lot of the time it's shopping montages, glam, and dinners where the stakes are incredibly low, especially when you compare it to some of the other franchises.
Do I like Amanda as a person? Not really. Do I agree with her business strategy? Also no. But honestly, I kind of put it in the same category as people who charge for tarot readings or astrology charts. I would never spend my money on it, but if other people want to, that's their business.
What I did enjoy was how feral and unhinged she made some of these women become.
Boz is probably the best example. She's so polished, so PR-trained, and honestly reminds me of that person you'd work with in a corporate office who could somehow spin something they did into being your fault. Amanda was one of the only people who really cracked that image. Their conflict actually felt real to me, and I think it showed a much less polished side of Boz. She came across as mean, petty, and honestly kind of calculated in a way I don't think she intended.
Amanda basically drove so much of the conflict last season by simply existing. Even her shade off the show made me laugh. Her saying she might buy Dorit's house was genuinely hilarious.
So if Bravo really didn't ask her back, I don't really get it from an entertainment standpoint. Now it feels like we're heading into another season that's mostly Kyle vs. Dorit, and do we really need a whole season of that?
I know a lot of people didn't like Amanda, but Bravo has never really cared whether fans like someone. If they're bringing something valuable to the show, they'll usually keep them around.
So here's where my theory comes in.
I'm not saying Amanda was let go because of Boz or that Boz has some kind of huge influence with Bravo. I don't think that's the case.
But I do wonder if production sees Boz as the better long-term investment. Amanda unintentionally exposed a side of Boz that wasn't nearly as polished as the image she came in with. If Bravo is planning on building around Boz for the next few seasons, I could see them deciding they'd rather invest in her than keep someone whose biggest role was constantly challenging her.
Especially because RHOBH has already received criticism over how it's handled Garcelle, Crystal, and other women of color over the years. I could see production wanting Boz to succeed as a long-term Housewife.
Or maybe Amanda genuinely didn't want to come back and I'm reading way too much into all of this.
Just some food for thought. Curious what everyone else thinks.
6 months, 5 interviews, 0 offers. Is my resume the problem?
I was laid off six months ago and have been applying nonstop for Marketing Specialist, Communications Specialist, Event Coordinator, and Employee Engagement roles. My background is in HR and communications, and I have a BA in Communications
My goal is to move into the nonprofit sector, which is why I started volunteering as a social media intern for a Canadian health organization to build relevant experience.
Here is the frustrating part. I am applying for jobs where I check every single box on the qualifications list, yet I barely get any responses. In six months, I have only landed five interviews. None of them went anywhere, and honestly, I blame myself for those. My confidence is completely shot at this point.
I actually have a phone screen for an Employee Engagement role next Friday. I will show up prepared, but I am keeping my expectations rock bottom. Why? Because I made that mistake before. I got my hopes up for a role, stopped actively applying for over a month while I waited to hear back, and then got a rejection. I learned my lesson the hard way. This time, I am staying realistic so I do not pause my momentum or stop my applications for anyone.
Before I completely spiral, I want to step back and look at the one thing I can actually control right now. My resume.
I am wondering if my resume is secretly working against me. When you look at it, does this read like the resume of someone with solid experience? Or does something about it make you think "nope, I would pass on this" without even getting to an interview?
I have blurred out all identifying information. I would really appreciate any honest, brutal feedback. Tell me what is working, what is not, and what I should change.
Thank you in advance.
TLDR: 6 months laid off, 5 interviews, 0 offers. Applying to comms/marketing/event roles with all the listed skills but barely getting calls. Resume attached – is it the problem? Honest feedback please.

TLDR: Laid off 6 months, matching job skills but no interviews. Considering Better Jobs Ontario (training + allowance). My first meeting tomorrow. Anyone have experience with it?
I was laid off about six months ago and the job search has been brutal. I have a BA in Communications from Concordia University, and my background is in HR and communications.
For the last three years, I was working at a huge company in an HR generalist role that gradually turned into basically a communications and event engagement role. Because I was there for three years, I honestly did not realize how competitive the external market really is until I started applying.
Here is the frustrating part. I keep applying for Marketing Specialist and Communications Specialist roles where I match every single skill they list, but I am not even getting interviews most of the time. That is exactly why I started volunteering as a social media intern for a nonprofit health organization, just to keep my skills current and add something recent to my resume.
Right now I am living on EI and honestly terrified for when it runs out.
Lately I have been thinking about upgrading my skills to stand out. I am considering specializing in fundraising and donor relations. To be clear, this is not necessarily about pivoting out of communications and marketing right away. Most of the communications and events roles I am applying to already have a donor relations or fundraising element to them anyway. In the long run, I do think donor relations might offer a much clearer career progression path compared to the general comms, marketing, and event planning track.
That said, I really do not want to take on more debt with the OSAP cuts happening, especially for something I am not sure will pay off.
That is when I found Better Jobs Ontario, which used to be called Second Career. From what I understand, the government will pay for training for up to two years and you can get a living allowance of up to $500 a week. It is run through government funded employment counselor agencies.
The services seem pretty solid. They help with interview prep, job search support, and obviously the training funding. So far no one has asked me for any money, which is a good sign.
I have my first meeting with an employment counselor tomorrow. Has anyone here gone through Better Jobs Ontario? What was your experience like? Is it legit? Any advice on what to expect or what to watch out for?
I would really appreciate any insight.
I just found this sub and I will say I love this idea MJ is the most interesting celebrity not only because he is a once in a lifetime talent but also the mystic around him. His brand image was very tightly controlled. I just learned the other day his eccentric way of speaking was not real and put on for the public. Multiple celebrities have commented on this including Quincy Jones, Pharrell Williams, and T-Pain. Apparently MJ had a deep age appropriate voice actually. I cannot find any actual recording of this tho. Would die for it tho. I know Quincy Jones said it had to do with Michael being a falsetto and wanting to keep his voice prepped I guess but personally I am not buying it. Anyone else have theories or know about this?
literally not even saying that they’re plotting together, but maybe one person decided to pull the trigger on the announcement after seeing the other. Whitney was soft launching her divorce for a while. Angie and Shawn come more of a shock (despite the whole following divorce dad content I really just thought they were MAGA women haters together tbh 😔🥺)
So I just saw K’s tweets about Shamea, alluding to exposing her and blah blah blah, conveniently trying to justify why she’s suddenly switching up on her.
Let me preface this by saying, I am not a Shamea fan. I find her annoying, insufferable, and inauthentic. She did not come off great this season OR last season. That being said, as much as I might not like Shamea, there is just something so trifling about being this bad of a friend that has me side-eyeing the fuck out of K. And I’m genuinely confused by how many people seem to believe her.
This woman has spent the entire season making allegations about people, vaguely alluding to things they supposedly did to her, claiming she has all this tea and is going to expose everybody. Only she literally never does. She is a confessional gangster who couldn’t even confront fucking Drew 😭😭😭
Do yall not remember the oyster situation??? At the beginning of the season, K tried to convince us there was some elaborate conspiracy to bring up allegations that her vagina smells like oysters. Ironically, all she did was shine a gigantic spotlight on something 90% of us would never have known about unless we were hardcore, back-in-the-day Love & Hip Hop fans.
Then, right before this Shamea tirade, she was going off about Porsha supposedly sleeping with one of her exes—an ex from YEARS AGO, mind you, while K is newly married. Then the man came out and said he never really dated K and never had anything with Porsha. That is just one example out of many.
What bothers me most is that, despite Shamea being all the things I already said (annoying, insufferable, inauthentic) it genuinely seemed like she was trying to be K’s friend. Even if it was for an “alliance” Shamea actually did embrace K, defended her, and was basically saying, “I know other people have had negative experiences with her, but I still like her.” And K STILL talked shit about Shamea and her mother for daring to say that 😭
I feel like I’m going crazy because these are all completely normal things you would do in a friendship. Even after filming, when Shamea talked about K, she was being nice! She said K drags people better than anybody and all that (despite us never actually seeing it because K either runs away or refuses to engage with the group most of the time.) Shamea only changed her tune after K unfollowed her, which I think was completely justified. And even then, Shamea didn’t really say anything rude. She basically just acknowledged that something had clearly changed between them.
Then K goes on this whole rampage and starts implying to expose her. K isn’t even actually telling us anything. She’s just vaguely alluding to shit, like she always does, and letting people fill in the blanks.
Secondly, how is this not just objectively a terrible thing to do to somebody who has been nothing but nice to you? Even if K wanted to move away from the Shamea alliance, there was a way to do it with tact. How is she supposed to beat the jumping-ship allegations when, based on everything we’ve actually seen, it is very much giving jumped ship?
Unless the reunion contains some gigantic reveal that completely changes the entire playbook (and I am not holding my breath) I don’t see what Shamea supposedly did to deserve this. Especially because Shamea was literally still speaking positively about K until very recently.
It’s giving the same energy as K talking shit about Phaedra until she realized Phaedra is white-woman famous, and suddenly Phaedra became so wonderful and amazing to her.
this does not mean I want either of these women off my screen. I want them both there. This is entertainment. I just need people to recognize fakery and crazy when they see it. K comes across as deeply unwell, has some very obvious distortions about people, and should not be treated as a reliable narrator. So everybody getting excited because she’s supposedly about to drop this HUMONGOUS tea… I really don’t think it’s worth holding your breath. Based on her track record, she is probably going to vaguely imply six different crimes, provide zero evidence, and then run away from again.
I genuinely think this is one of the best modern RPGs of all time, if not one of the best modern games in general. I truly feel changed after playing it.
About halfway through, I already knew I wanted to replay it with a completely different build and perspective. The problem is that I did not realize how quickly the game was approaching its ending. >!The mercenary tribunal!< felt like it came out of nowhere.
By the time it happened, I felt like I had spent ages running around Martinaise looking for anything else to do. I thought I had talked to everyone and exhausted every conversation. A lot of the time, I was literally revisiting people just to see whether new dialogue options had appeared. Despite that, I still ended up with an incredibly bittersweet conclusion.
I mostly played as a Superstar Cop and went heavily into communism. I got organized and pursued as much of the communist political content as I could find.

Before the tribunal, I helped the ravers and Soona (>!establish the nightclub in the church. solved Egg Head’s riddle, busted a move and heard the sound through the speakers…although I stopped the experiment before it seemed like it might collapse the entire church!< .)
I allowed >!Klaasje to escape!<. I also let >!Ruby go because she was threatening to shoot herself, after I destroyed the machine!<. Also >!René unexpectedly died partway through my playthrough!<…not sure if that is inevitableI completed the cryptozoologist storyline and >!met the Insulindian phasmid!<.
I also did quite a bit of work for Evrart, although I tried to complete his tasks in ways that did not hurt innocent people. For example, >!I had the drunks sign the housing documents and opened the apartment door!<. I thought I had exhausted my options with Joyce, but now I am wondering whether I missed something important.
I used speed and several other drugs throughout the game, although I honestly did not feel like I was using them excessively.
During the tribunal, >!I attempted to disarm the gunman. Kim was shot, several union members died!<. I had to finish the game with >!Cuno!<.
Then I reached >!the deserter!<. By that point, I felt like I had exhausted every dialogue option available to me. Their basic motive seemed fairly clear, >!he killed the mercenary out of a mixture of jealousy, resentment and political hatred!<. He also appeared to suggest that >!the Claire brothers had encouraged or instructed him to do it, and he practically admitted that he may have killed the previous union leader as well!<.
What confused me was what happened after I told him I was going to arrest them. >!He suddenly became despondent and started stuttering about how he had “lost.” He seemed to believe that something else was supposed to happen, but he never clearly explained what he had expected.
That made me feel like I had missed a crucial piece of evidence or failed to confront him with something important!<.
More broadly, the reveal itself >!felt strangely disconnected from the rest of the investigation. I spent the entire game navigating the conflict between the union, Wild Pines, the mercenaries, Klaasje, Ruby and the Hardie Boys, only to discover that a man I had never met had been hiding on an island and decided to shoot the mercenary. I understand that the isolation and apparent randomness may be part of the point, but in the moment it felt less like the mystery coming together and more like the game suddenly introducing the real killer at the very end. Even knowing his motives, I was left wondering how his actions meaningfully connected to everything else I had uncovered!<
The ending completely destroyed my vibe. I am still amazed by the game, and I genuinely feel changed by it, but I also feel strangely empty and confused.
So, without giving away too much about other possible paths:
- Is replaying the game genuinely worth it?
- Does a different build open up a significant amount of new content?
- Did I actually miss many important doors, relationships or conversations, despite feeling like I exhausted every dialogue tree?
- Do the political alignments meaningfully affect the story, or are they mostly there to shape Harry’s identity and dialogue?
- Was my ending unusually bleak, or is this emotional confusion simply part of the intended experience?
- Does reveal feel more connected or complete if you uncover different evidence, play a different build or have Kim with you?
I am not necessarily looking for instructions on how to obtain a “perfect” ending. I would just love a high-level sense of how differently things could have gone, whether I missed something major and whether a second playthrough would genuinely feel different.
I hope people get what I am saying here. It has nothing to do with her appearance or even “maturity” bc I would not say she gives mature. Ashley is 38 years which is on the younger side for a cast member of housewifes. but I always forget her and Grizze or Robyn are not around the same age. Something about her aura is reading older than she is. That’s I think why I am forever confused about her relationship with Josh because he reads a lot younger (not sure the age) just in terms of vibes. Anyone else forget that Ashley isn’t even 40 yet lol
so not Ghost in a Shell lol. more just the blissful peaceful vibes that she gives
embarrassed asking just curious was never sure if she was white latina etc? does anyone know?
I generally think K. Michelle doesn't like Drew because Drew reminds K that she really is only a C to B- celebrity.
Objectively, Drew and K are in very similar positions when it comes to fame and notoriety. That's why it's always so funny to me when K constantly throws jabs at Drew's singing career.
Yes, K has had more success in music overall. Nobody is denying that. But K acts like she's Beyoncé talking down to somebody singing at the county fair.
The reality is that K peaked in the 2010s. And before anyone comes for me, I actually went and looked. The country music career she constantly talks about has not been nearly as successful as her earlier R&B career. She loves reminding everyone that she's in country music and the only Black woman on her label, but she's still a relatively unknown artist in that space. Her 2025 single Jack Daniel didn't exactly set the world on fire.
The thing is, both of these women have very comparable careers in their respective fields. K in music. Drew in acting and television. Neither is a huge star in 2026, but both absolutely deserve their flowers for the careers they've had.
I actually went and listened to both of their recent music because I was curious. Drew's music is better than people act like it is. It's very divorced-mom-discovering-self-love R&B, discount Mary J. Blige type music, but it's perfectly serviceable. K's recent music isn't exactly groundbreaking either. Her album I'm the Problem made some really odd production choices, especially with the heavy autotune. Meanwhile, Jack Daniel is a perfectly decent country song, but it sounds like country music from ten years ago.
Ultimately, neither woman is releasing anything revolutionary currently. K is not making Beyoncé-level country music, and Drew is not reinventing R&B. They're both releasing fairly generic music that's fine for what it is. Which is why the one-sided beef is so interesting to me.
We're often most irritated by people who remind us of ourselves. K acts like she's punching down at Drew, but in terms of relevance and current output, she really isn't making the leap over Drew that she wants us to think she is.
The same way people would look at Drew crazy if she started acting like she was still at the peak of her career in the 2000s and early 2010s, K is kind of in that same position. It genuinely feels like she feels she needs to step on Drew to bring herself up.
I've already made an entire post about why I didn't enjoy RE9, especially compared to Village. The narrative, the main character, the recycling of bosses & asset, The list goes on and on. Almost every aspect in terms of narrative and main character… I mean, the gameplay in terms of combat is better in some ways (although for some reason Grace and Leon are both slower than Ethan) but overall it's just dull.
But replaying Village recently reminded me of another thing that I think RE9 is really missing, and it's actually a relatively small detail, Ethan's suffering 😭.
My dude is getting sliced and diced. Fingers OFF. Seriously, that man cannot go five minutes without getting brutally maimed. He's getting stabbed, thrown around, mutilated, and treated like a human stress ball by literally every monster he encounters.
Watching Ethan get absolutely brutalized throughout RE7 and RE8 adds so much weight to what he's going through. As a player, you have a visceral reaction because you can physically see the toll this journey is taking on him. Every injury reinforces the fact that he's putting himself through hell because he wants to save his family. Seeing the actual physical pain Ethan goes through makes the circumstances feel worse and more dire than anything Leon and Grace go through in RE9. I guess they didn't want to show those things for Grace because they didn't want her model to look unflattering. I mean in comparison we see Mia get absolutely wrecked by Chris 💀 And the most we get from Leon is him coughing up blood…and it's a very little amount. Oh and he has like eczema I guess from having raccoon city cancer. It did NOTHING for me (never thought for a second that Leon was not going to get a cure for this disease that was made for this game alone by the end)
I genuinely think some of the scenes of Ethan getting stabbed, sliced up, and generally having the worst day imaginable hit just as hard on a replay as they did the first time. because it constantly physically reminds you of what he's sacrificing and enduring to keep going.
It's one of those little details that adds so much more emotional weight than people give it credit for.
I finally understand 100% why I wanted this woman on the show. She is completely delusional. It's not that I don't feel bad for her. It's that I have never seen this level of bird brainedness.
K Michelle seems like someone who would be confident and not give a fuck, but the way she can't get along with other women says otherwise. I get it, she has PTSD from Love & Hip Hop. But she has been so distant to most of the women and clearly has severe paranoia when it comes to them.
The "oyster puss" comment for instance. I looked into the posts that gave context, and honestly, I think it's disgusting for men to talk about women like that. But having such a strong reaction years later is crazy. If it was me, even if I felt that comment was directed at me from Porsha, I would not be acting like that. If there really is some "plot," are you not playing right into it by freaking out and shining a spotlight on it? 😭
That said, I'm here for it because it makes good TV. But it's just odd.
Let's also mention her off show antics, giggling and teeheeing over R. Kelly, who we all know is in jail for terrible crimes against girls. This is not even the first time he has been accused of that. I do not know when she said she dated him, but the allegations (including Aaliyah who was 12) existed long before what he is in jail for now. K Michelle is in the industry. There is no way she never heard the rumors. Why would you announce all giggly to the world that you had a fling with him? In 2026?? 😭
And now she is basically saying she is OK with her husband cheating? 🥴 Something about that does not sit right. Not just because I would not personally be okay with it, but because she is holding a grudge against Porsha for allegedly hooking up with one of her exes in the past, an ex who now says nothing even happened. She has held onto that for years, yet she is fine with her husband hooking up with other women? Make it make sense.
Also, they have zero chemistry from what I have seen.
Now I am also hearing she had a whole thing with Idris Elba. There is a lot of lore here. We seriously need to do a deep dive on K Michelle's history with men, because at this point it is a pattern.
And honestly, the way she is acting is giving me major "her marriage is not as good as she is making it seem" energy, or even pending divorce. That is just the vibe I get.
All in all, I find it so interesting how K Michelle's defenses seem to fall away completely when it comes to a man. It is really going to be interesting to see how this proceeds.
hey, I know the job market is so shit right now. I actually got laid off like 3+ months ago and honestly I've been so turned off by the whole job application process because I was getting zero interviews. like I would read a job description and think "I have everything they're asking for" but for some reason I kept getting denied. I was even doing the whole thing where you use AI to customize your bullet points to match the job description better because I know a lot of recruiters are using AI to prioritize which candidates they look at.
now I'm not saying this is gonna fix the whole problem. the job market is still incredibly competitive. but here's what happened.
the whole time I was using a resume I made on Canva. it looked professional, I would download it as a PDF and apply with that. so the other day me and my friend go to the library. he was also doing the same thing with his Canva resume. and we both started thinking like maybe it's a formatting thing.
so we converted our resumes to Google Docs. just plain, simple Google Docs. and then we saved those as PDFs.
I will say, my friend and I have both gotten interviews since then. I have two interviews lined up now. he got an interview for a job he had applied to multiple times before with no luck.
so I'm running here because I just wanna give everyone else a heads up. if you are using a Canva resume or something like that, there might literally be a formatting issue that makes it hard for the AI (the thing recruiters use to scan resumes) to actually read your resume. and that might be why you're not getting replies.
it's just a little tip. I wasted 3+ months using that Canva resume and getting nothing. the minute me and my friend switched to a regular Google Docs document and then converted that to a PDF and applied with those, we got interviews. so I don't want anyone else to go through what I went through the last three months.
hope this helps someone.
