When I first got my sample I made the beats on the internal drive. How do I move those files to my SD Card or delete them?

Keygroups for MPC One+
I'm struggling with keygroups. Specifically trying to set up one one shot 808s.
I've watched some videos but they are using the Live III and it looks different on the MPC One.
Also, would it be worth it to just buy Sub Factory? I'm considering buying that and Fabric.
However... I have a Korg Krome. I just haven't hooked it up to the MPC yet.
