I know this is a weird or stupid qs im 17M I never had or a guru Or learnt about the gurukul system or it's principles when I was younger I studied the ramayan and mahabharata and realised how Imp a guru is for strength knowledge and maturity and the most imp thing is not knowing about brahmacharya abused my body by sexual activity till 16 yrs of age because I didn't know brahmamcharya and been doing it since a year (not very consistent) but I feel really good because of it can u guys suggest me if there are any scriptures where I can get knowledge maturity by reading them

Did anyone cure fat nipples in sr im about 5ft9 85 kilos and because of that I have some chest fat which makes my nipples puffy at times but on a good 2 weeks streak with good sleep and hydration they become small for most of the day and get puffy at times has anyone permanently cured this problem on sr (I don't think it's gyno cause im 16 and still in puberty so maybe it's the harmones)

Im 17M had a late puberty about 5 foot 9 recently when I was out with my frnds one of my female frnd was catcalled and the situation escalated and me and a couple of my frnds went and confronted them and it got physical and there were 2 people who were catcalling and we outnumbered them and hurt them later a thought struck my mind we were able to fight them cause we outnumbered them but there might be a situation I have to face them alone im decent in physical combat as I had done boxing not the best physique rn and avg height which God do u guys I can pray for the boon of height and physical strength and I also Intend to do brahmachrya during this sadhana (im thinking of worshipping shiva as he is bholenath)
Are there any cricketers who retain in this sub and has it helped u any way interms of fast bowling as sr accumulates a lot of energy or ang other batsmen who saw any benefits
There have been a lot of posts a few being ai too saying that sr us placebo which discourages people can u guys drop reasons on why sr is completely real and not placebo which can help beginners

18M, still growing (probably not done yet). Seen the claims here about SR boosting T/HGH and helping height during puberty.
Anyone actually tracked this — measured before/during a streak? Or was any difference more just energy/focus than real growth?
Not trying to manifest inches through willpower, just curious if there's anything real behind the height claims or if it's mostly folklore at this point. Honest answers welcome either way.

Hey guys so I got 8.2k rank in met and I want to take mechanical but my dad saying eee which I have no interest in he says u got a decent rank so take eee so in general eee is a more in demand branch over mechanical interms of rankings if I want to switch from eee to mech in 2nd yr do I have to maintain a high cgpa

Guys sastra and mit manipal are my only options rn and mit manipal is expensive af my parents are pushing for sastra but it is in the middle of no where from what I have seen in this sub there is no campus life and my only hope is that sastra has decent sports plz seniors do answer and give me some hope about sastra 😭
