Should I stock up on 12v 4ah batteries on the upcoming sale?

I'm new to this battery tool thing and it is easy to overspend.

I just used my 12v angle grinder - very impressed how handy was that little beast. Had to cut through a small thing and it saved me a lot of time (I'd have to drag myself through corded logistics to hook up my other grinder otherwise). The 2ah battery from fully charged seem to have depleted rapidly as the lights flashed yellow after cutting few metal pipes.

Kaufland is planning a -50% sale of 12v 4ah batteries and I planned to grab one with the discounted mini saw.

However, after this cutting I wonder - should I buy more? I've got 3x 2ah 12v batteries already. Is +1x4ah sufficient or should I take two at least?

I know, seems like a stupid question, but I'm also saving up for Makita RT0700CX2J and I'm trying to be smart with money and I dunno if such sales happen often.

Can't find info on the mini 12v circular saw here - is it any good?

Kaufland is going to sell this mini 12v circular saw this week (in Poland) for 18€ and I'm tempted. My corded HS7611 is amazing, but quite heavy and I'd be interested in something complimentary for the ease of use. Is it any good? I have the performance angle grinder, but apparently it isn't the besr for wood, so there's this green one.

Yard work on a budget - what tools would I need?

Yard work on a budget - what tools would I need?

**Context:** 31yo Pollack, house from 60s, built by grandpa. House is inherited, I'm living there and doing my best to renovate it **without mortgage****.** Raised in a block of flats and didn't own any tools beforehand, so I'm building a tool stack as I go.

I bought a Keter Stronghold Shed and ince I get the OK from the district office, I want to put it on concrete blocks in a possibly safe&budget manner.

# The problem: uneven ground

The house is on a slight slope that in the past was partially leveled for a small vegetable garden. Apart from leveling the place for the shed, I need to eventually do waterproofing and sewage discharge (currently running on a damned cesspool, but the plumber told me that I should wait to redo the pipes inside the house first).

# Work to be done

I need to level the ground somehow, but I don't know if I should add dirt to level with the house or take the dirt out of the back of the house to level with the "area outside of the shadow".

# Budget issue

As you might imagine, I'm running on a tight budget for everything. I toyed with the idea of investing in a tiny excavator, but I'd have to also get a vehicle capable of transporting it and that combined is out of my reach right now. I've decided to just apply some elbow grease and do it by hand.

# Tools I own - what am I missing? What could be useful?

Power tools: Blue Bosch hammerdrill

Trads: a shovel, a wheelbarrow, a long spirit level (is that the corrwct word?), some old gardening rake and hoe

Planning to maybe get a pickaxe, what else wpuld you recommend? Any tips?

Thanks a lot from Poland! 🦅🇵🇱

You guys gave me a really good advice - for 67€ this feels like unlocking cheat codes

I asked you about the 12v driver and boom! Kaufland made a sale. I picked up 12v Performance drill with two batteries and a charger plus mini angle grinder. 67€ total. I can't believe how nice they look and feel for the price.

I feel like those guys are an honorable addition as junior members to my Ryobi, Blue Bollsch and Makita family.

Which Parkside driver for furniture assembly - 20v or 12v? I need something delicate

I'm in Ryobi batteried powertool ecosystem, but I've decided to buy Parkside batteries for it. After doing some basic stuff, my noob ass figured out that an impact driver isn't the best thing for delicate furniture assembly.

I want something that will last, for very delicate work, because I prefer to spend 20€ than waste time on changing drills and bits on drill-driver.

I like the 12V small stuff from Parkside, but I have the 20v batteries already. I need to asseble furniture with ease, bonus points if it can reach tight spaces with some addons.

20v would be cheaper, because I have battery and charger, but I'm wondering if investing in 12v would be handier. I want to get cordless ratched some day for tight spots on my car and scooter.

what would you recommend?

What's your opinion on the Ryobi router 18v? Brushed or brushless for an absolute newbie?

I want to make some custom furniture for my house. I tried some wooden planks and figured out I'd rather have the corners smoothed before putting them to use. I'm an absolute newbie and I was wondering what router I should get. Some folks recommended cordless, so I decided to skip the corded Bosch and Makita and go for and addition to my Ryobi 18v system.

Not sure how it performs though. I tried watching online video and some guy was comparing possibly every router ever made and ended up trashing everything but Makita and Milwaukee, with designating cordless Milwaukee as the winner... that costs a shitload of money.

soo, maybe I should go for a cheaper one to see if I'll even use it that much. Is the ryobi one any good?

Textures not working, the sky is black, the server lags like crazy and I get "Connection interrupted" blinking - is this game rotting away or what?

Ryobi 18+ - compatible AliEcpress tools?

I was recently made aware of Gisam tools that copy Makita and uses their batteries. They seem cheap and capable. Is there any brand on AliExpress that does something similar with Ryobi? I found a no-name electric paint sprayer that is supposed to work with Ryobi 18+ batteries and Ryobi doesn't have any in the offer, at least in Poland.

Before you say "chinese crap", there are tons of DIY channels in Poland that bought those tools "for lol-content" and they ended up surprisingly capable. Brushless impact driver is going for approx. 22€ and it handles car wheel screws quite nice.

Cornering - should I close the throttle or just keep it steady and lightly apply rear brake?

I've watched some motorcycle tips, but acootsrs are different. So far, I've been doing both, but my rear wheel slipped once and I'm afraid to keep the throttle open when cornering.

Simple furniture projects - what would you recommend for an absolute noob?

Yep, I tried to youtube it myself - I got swamped with "yOu nEeD tHiS tOoLs" and other clicbaity videos on YT.

So, I bought a suite of tools and planned to make some furniture, but after watching Licoln St. Woodworks, I've decided - holy duck, I'm not ready for this. I'm a professional graphic designer, so whenever something is off by 1cm, I can see it and it bugs the hell put of me. I've figured out that I need to start with something very simple, so I can gain experience and encourage myself with easy, early wins.

Youtube is overloaded with clicbait though and I wasted waaay too much time watching content without doing anything.

do you have tips or tutorials to share for a beginner?

Do some weapons just suck ass?

I know, I know "sKiLL iSsUe"

I'm trying to complete the game by leveling up weapons to max, one by one in MP ' that's how I usually play such games, coz when I have no progression left, I simply lose interest.

Assaults and SMG - they work. Snipers - my favourite.

However apart from M60 and maybe M16, I have very hard time competing with TEC-9 spam. I don't see many people using thinga like Type or M14, is this class even worth it?

What's the best bread to make for a diabetic? I'm talking self-baking

I bought a breadmaker for my diabetic aunt. She normally doesn't eat bread, but from time to time she'd snack on it at work (half of a roll) and it would bite her in the ass. I've done some basic googling and some diabetics said it was a game changer for them, to bake their own low glicemic (or low sugar, whatever the ENG word it is). I'm allergic to wheat, so I'm baking my own glutenfree bread and it's amazing.

I've seen some old forum posts that sourdough with certain flours works best, but I haven't found recipes yet. Any tips? I wanted to find her recipes to try out.

Struggling with M4

I've decided to go through each gun one by one and get it to max level - yes, I bought the game recently. I started with M4 and I'm on level 32, but I really struggle with good results. It seems to have really poor dpm or I'm somehow not landing my shots properly. what's the best tactic for this gun? I tried to watch Salty's builds, but I just can't use it.

Tips for leveling up Marshall?

I tried the recommended Zombies for leveling up guns and it grew on me - thank you guys! However I've noticed that pistols cease being effective around round 10 on Die Maschine (probably my favourite of the modes as it goes back to CoD:WaW)

Do I need to buy some pistol boosters? Is there a better way to level up pistols to get dual wield? I'm interested in getting both dual Diamatti and Marshal, already have the Rak (called amp?) but it was badically an smg, so I managed to get it through MP

Wife told me to share here this game changer - bread baking tool for daily, healthy GF bread

I'm using Yoer Bread Baker tool.

Recipe:

• yeast starter

• warm water (depending on the flour, 300-350ml)

• salt (spoon)

• 200g corn flour

• 200g potato flour

• 100g rice flour

• 100 oat flour

• xantan gum (1 teaspoon)

Optional addons:

• chia seeds

• black cumin

The best thing about this bread baker is the fact that it takes 5 minutes in the evening to put everything inside and set it up with time delay to bake the bread in the morning - that way you wake up and there is a warm, fresh bread waiting for you.

That kind of bread is also super healthy and filling, nothing like the market crap (or the chemical waste that looks like toasts, the one they use in UK or USA)

Yoer is a Polish-Chinese brand, so you'll probably find an equivalent on Amaxon or Aliexpress under a different name. I aldo have other Yoer stuff and the air fryer is sold on amaxon under name "Cosori" or sth like that.
