I wanted to let people know the Stolen By The Stars documentary about UAP encounters by Doc Side Media is being held back from being distributed at the moment.

It had an original release date of August 11th. The filmmakers sent me a message saying that out of the 7 documentaries they have released, this one was the first one they had trouble with getting it released through Amazon Prime and Apple TV. The pre-order is available on Apple TV but that’s it. Here’s the trailer for the film https://youtu.be/etRDWFO\_ZfA?is=G7X7Q2Rzhjoz\_Rrz .

In the film, I discussed my experiences with UAPs and being at a particular Air Force Base’s radar station that monitors and tracks UAPs. I’ve told this to Ross Coulthart in an interview I did with him for News Nation that was never aired. There appears to be a lot of people involved controlling the UAP narrative. Don’t let them do it!

Saw this as I noticed an open handicapped parking spot and was going for it. I’m a disabled veteran. Do cops ever write tickets for these people?

I went to my VA appointment today and I see this familiar looking guy sitting across from me. The next thing I know, a lady opens the door and says, “Mr. Stratton, you can come on back”.

I couldn’t believe it! I was sitting right across from the former UAP task force director Jay Stratton and didn’t know it for sure until they called him back. I wished I had recognized him sooner I would’ve liked to have a chat with him. I wondered if he recognized me from my interviews because we looked at each other for a moment. Here’s my last interview https://youtu.be/qc6sbsZvgyY?is=S3kEk3QR3deMWFfi

How good is the London Travel In for transportation from Heathrow to London? My other question is, how is the weather in London from late September to early October?

Me after the Crucible was implemented in 1997. When I went through boot camp in 1994, we did 10 days of BWT for the final phase of field training.

After my unit helped build the Crucible, they took about 10 of us to run through this new course. I was permanent personnel on Parris Island after going through boot camp there for 4 years after MOS school. So, I got to experience both styles of field training during boot camp. From personal experience, the old way was harder.

ALJ ruled my onset date as February 2, 2018 and SSDI wants to just pay me for the last few years. They denied me back in March of 2020 for a claim in 2019. They should have never denied my case because of me working back then because I’ve been below the income threshold since that time.

How can they do this when I shouldn’t have been denied at all according to the judgement I just got? From what I read, it’s called a clear error. I got my lawyer on it. I provided him with all my tax transcripts I downloaded off the IRS website.

Met my brother and sister for the first time after 46 years of never knowing they existed back in 2019.

My mother never told me about my real father who died while I was serving overseas in 2006 for Operation Enduring Freedom. I had a name she mentioned once, so I looked him up on the internet around 2019 and lo and behold I found his obituary. I called one of the sons that was listed as a pallbearer and told him we might be brothers. Long story short, he agreed to a DNA I paid for and it turned out a match. I found out I had 3 brothers and a sister I had never met. They live in Florida, interestingly enough, after their mom and our dad divorced, she moved with her new husband about 30 minutes away from me in Alabama. Come to find out, one of my brothers was in the Marines at the same time and place as me on Parris Island Marine Corps Recruit Depot. I was permanent personnel there and he was going through boot camp at the time. For people that don’t know, Parris Island is only about 5 miles square. Here are the photos of our first meeting and I still have 2 brothers I haven’t met yet.

What’s the deal with Medicare payments after winning your case? Is it optional to not pay for back paying premiums or do they automatically take out money back to your entitlement date? I have had VA insurance that’s kept me afloat all the time I’ve waited on my SSDI to get approved.

Is it optional to pay the back premiums or not?

How big of a hassle is it to apply for auxiliary benefits after you win your case? My son turned 18 back in 2023. I was told since my onset date was before he turned 18, I could apply for benefits for the time they ruled me entitled to benefits. Is it difficult to get these benefits?

My onset date is several years before he turned 18. My lawyer said to wait for my award letter and we could go from there how difficult is this process? I’ve had full custody of him since he was 4 years old.

I’m helping a veteran that has tremors really bad and he’s been to 2 C&P exams for this condition. He was exposed to the contaminated water at Camp Lejuene years ago and hasn’t been diagnosed with Parkinson’s yet. He’s 76 with 0% service connection.

A little background on his last C&P. He went in and the doctor asked him if he had Parkinson’s? He said, “No”! The evaluator said, “Well, the questions I have for you are about Parkinson’s, but since you say you don’t have it, I guess I can’t ask you questions about it”. She asked him about if he always uses his cane to walk and how much trouble he has going to the bathroom. He told her it goes everywhere when he tries to use the bathroom. That was about it on the questions for him. This is the second time he’s been to a C&P for tremors in the last few months. I found out yesterday that the VA sent the questionnaire back to the evaluator for clarification. She spent maybe 5 to 10 minutes with him at the last C&P. How is he supposed to get any kind of evaluation when they only talk to him for 5 minutes.

He’s got 2 different types of chronic kidney disease and a slew of other medical conditions. This is a “corporate inquiry” I think they called it about his case. We also got senators involved to do a congressional inquiry. He’s one of three veterans I’m helping. I just got him back into the VA system over a year ago because he had a heart attack last October. Like many veterans, he and his family didn’t know where to start about filing a claim. I got him back into the VA system and they have denied everything I’ve filed for him. I’m not a VSO, I’m just one disabled veteran trying to help another one. Why do these C&P examiners only talk to these veterans for a few minutes?

I just want to say to those of you still struggling to get your SSDI to not give up. I fought for 8 years for SSDI and 5 years for VA disability. Last week, my fight ended!

I cannot begin to tell you everything I’ve been through mentally and physically during this time. It started from getting divorced and being given full custody of my 4 year old son to being put out of the military for medical reasons. I got to the point after serving 10 years combined in the Marine Corps, Army, and National Guard for Operation Enduring Freedom that I couldn’t pass the physical anymore. However, I did manage to graduate college. I taught ESL (English as a Second Language) online until I got to where I couldn’t move my hands in the mornings to type and losing my voice from GERD keeping me up all night.

During this time period, I endured 4 shoulder operations; 1 on my right and 3 on my left with no repetitious lifting because my bones flake off and cut into my tendons, thus causing more operations. No lifting over 20 pounds at all. 2 wrist operations, 12 hernia surgeries in stomach and both sides of my groin, 6 inches of my colon removed from diverticulitis, chronic kidney stones, scoliosis in my neck, osteoarthritis, deteriorating joints disease, bulging discs in my back, GERD that burns my throat so bad I can’t sleep at night, diabetes, hypertension, PTSD, bone spurs in both feet, degeneration of lumbosacral invertebral disc, lumbosacral spondylosis, asthma, etc.

The point I’m trying to make is that I remained undeterred by every obstacle thrown my way over the years. I was on the verge of homelessness several times with a young son. I was even institutionalized once because I didn’t know what I was going to do. It scared me worse than going to war. Keep fighting even when you know in your heart that you can’t go any further. They want you to give up. Don’t give them the satisfaction. File your own claim by doing your own research and when that doesn’t work get a lawyer. I’ll be praying for those still in the fight with the VA and Social Security.

I found out today I won my case, but got a “partially favorable” decision because my onset date was moved by the judge. How much can my onset date be moved? My alleged onset date is June 2017.

I have been denied several times over the years. I’m already a 💯% disabled veteran P&T from military service in the Marine Corps, Army, and National Guard from Operation Enduring Freedom. I served for 10 years until I couldn’t pass the physical any longer. I fought the VA for 5 years and SSDI for several years as well. However, this time I got a lawyer.

Is it a positive or negative sign when it says social security has “started a final review to make sure that you still meet the non-medical requirements for Disability Benefits” on your social security page? I’ve fought this for years and had my law judge hearing last month.

Like I said, I’ve fought this for years. This time, I got a lawyer. I found out my judge had over a 70% approval rating and that he is a fair judge. My lawyer said I met the non-medical requirements before we filed the claim.
