Just wondering- did you have an mri before surgery or just X-rays? I can deal with an mri I just need more evidence that a hip replacement is necessary since my X-rays only showed mild arthritis.

Going to try some Trader Joe’s skincare products. I’ve never tried them before. Are there any products I should avoid? I see a lot of product recommendations but not products to avoid. I am 65 with dry and dull skin. Thank you.

There’s probably a better sub to ask but here goes - I had a consultation with an orthopedic doctor about hip pain. He thinks I’m headed to replacement which is fine. My problem is I don’t want him performing the surgery. I would actually like to deal with a different doctor but in the same large practice. Have any of you switched doctors within the same practice? I just feel it would be so awkward. Like switching hair dressers at the same salon.

Have any of you used these types of stands? I do needlepoint just to keep busy so I don’t eat too much - I usually get the brvsk kits because they’re pretty easy to follow. I think a stand would help with my neck pain. Thanks

68 year old female. I saw an orthopedic doctor for hip pain. He said I have level 3 arthritis- moderate. The report I got on mychart said mild. My physical therapist recommended I go by what the orthopedic doctor said. Should I go by the orthopedic doctor or the report from the radiologist? Thank you.

Anyone know if there’s any place in delco that has country line dancing? Years ago I went to the elks club in Wilmington - it was a big group of people and the instructor would teach a couple of dances in the beginning. I would love a setup like that again since I’ve forgotten the dance steps. Thanks

I really like the look of embroidered tops but I’m having trouble finding affordable tops- even online. As a reference I like the tops that mee maw wears in the young Sheldon show. Google isn’t really a help - most of the sights that come up are for ordering custom embroidered tops. Anyone have a lead on these types of tops? Thanks.

I got an estimate to replace existing water piping throughout my home. The plumber would be using PEX. This is the first time I’ve heard of this system. Plumbers- what do you think of this system? Some of the stuff I’ve seen online isn’t great.
