i´ts been 3 years, my cake day today reminded me. Actually even more than 3 years, since i wanted to start pole and registered here for an avice regarding a pole. It took me over a year since i got a pole, but not more than a few days with several baby-attempts to recognize something must be wrong. Despite i tried with looooong breaks on and on again. Approximately 2 years ago i asked a general practitioner for medical referral for a rheumatologist. And she only lengthened my journey disallowed and only gave me one for the hematology. A very upset doctor only took teeth grinding ANA titer and the pattern but still acted as everything would be fine *gaslighting*. Still i consisted for a medical referral and almost another year went by until i had an appointment in the rheumatology. Again with terrible people and a rude doctor also with many discussions and gas lighting. I just asked her for the labrotory values, went through every value and its meaning by myself, because the office is so horrible. Now i know its MCTD...I didn´t went to the follow up-appointment after the gaslighting (they even threw my blood from my first apoointment away) and told me she dosen´t want to prescribe me medication. So no more appointment needed in there. I´m going somewhere else, awaiting my appointment right now.

Do you have MCTD as well? Can you pole with it? All the time or just occasionally? Or did you have to stop (maybe those ppl aren´t even around anymore)? Hm. Do you take HCQ? Or another medication?

Hi everyone, I’m trying to find a small, faceless female ASMR artist from a few years ago. She had a very small channel (only a few hundred or a few thousand subscribers max) and spoke English.
She made videos using a mix of drawn/painted paper makeup and real products. She specifically used vintage/90s style cosmetics, like old mascara and small eyeshadow duos, using a strange looking little real brush with a black /silver handle and orange bristles on them.
Her signature thing was holding up the items, asking: "Which one/ eyeshadow/... do you like? This one or that one? Okay, beautiful..." and then blowing into the microphone or onto the brush, acting as if she was putting on the eyeshadow on the viewer.
I checked my old YouTube watch history but couldn't find her, so she might have deleted her channel or set her videos to private. Does anyone remember her name or know if there are any reuploads of her content? Thank you!

I just came back from the doctors office, from an apppintment for Schirmers´s Test and Tear-Break up Time. Many of y´all said i would have to do those tests for getting help. I was afraid of doing these tests because you can not deceide if your appointment is on a good or bad day. You guys calmed me down saying, the doctor would see it anyways.

So what happend was the schirmer´s test brought a result of 5mm. And the Tear-break up time, didn´t show a problem. He also said that as far as he can see the eyelid margins wouldn´t be clogged. So he summed it up as "oh good news, theres nothing really wrong." actually meaning ´theres no proof that i have to prescribe you expensive eyedrops like ikervis from my budge´t.. Instead he wanted me to buy the doctors-office own ones (their own forumal with lipids+ taurin and hyaluronic acid). BTW i´m alread taking hyaluronic acid drops but it dosen´t solve my problem, especially with screens, bluelight, warm air, heaters, drafts, air dryer...everything you can think of.

So i declined these drops and asked for getting my results printed out. The nurse said the doctor would have to write it down and i would need to get send by mail. So i hope at least i get those results on paper, even though If the first doctor wouldn't prescribe the drops, another doctor definitely won't—especially since they will just ask me why the previous doctor refused. But as i asked for the results on paper, thats when the doctor shortly got a bit nervous...maybe he asked himself if another doctor would have reacted the same way and how other colleagues will rate his reaction to not prescribing the drops. And isn´t it ironic..as i´m sitting here in front of the screen it starts getting worse. While i feel like a hypochondriac. The schirmers Test actually showed its less tearfluid (5mm) than normally (10-15mm).

the internet says:
"A Schirmer's test result of 5 mm indicates a borderline or mildly deficient tear production, often associated with dry eye syndrome."

...and that it would be up to the symptoms wheter i need eyedrops or not.

Has anyone similar results?

I have Mctd (mixed collagenosis) and a huge part of my symptoms are dry eyes, even tho sjögrens is zero-negativ like 30-40% of the sjögrens patients.

A huge trigger of my eye-dryness are screens and i can only use them with brightness at max.5% (try to adjust it on your laptop for one second and tell me how much you can see) also my yellow-setting is at 60% to shut as much bluelight out as possible. This helps a lot and is the only way i can use screens, even though i can hardly see anything. And still my eyes are burning.

How is it for you with screens? Any problems or normal?
if you have problems with screens could eyedrops really help you? Which?

What do you take against your dry eyes and how much/less does it help you?

• Pattern 4-5: In modern laboratory classification (often following the International Consensus on ANA Patterns or ICAP criteria), specific numbers correspond to visual patterns under the microscope. Pattern AC-4 and AC-5 generally refer to a fine speckled or dense fine speckled pattern. A fine speckled pattern (AC-4) is frequently associated with systemic autoimmune rheumatic diseases (like Sjögren's syndrome, Lupus, or Mixed Connective Tissue Disease), whereas a dense fine speckled pattern (AC-5) is often found in healthy individuals or non-rheumatic conditions.

My symtoms are:
-extrem dry eyes, almost no screenwork possible (only if i put the brightness to 5% and the anti blue to 60%!!!) Use eye drops,

-Joint pain if i put strain on them (for example no jogging possible, no kneading of dough, no tight gripping of anything including no sports) and randomly through flare ups

Pain in the connective tissue, for example only through walking the dog experiencing this due to thick Hands and also flare ups here and there.

My rheumatologist doctor said she thinks no medication is needed. I´m shook. How should i then get better? Has someone of you also relatively low ANA-Titer but despite symptoms? And does your rheumataologist also say they don´t want to prescribe you something?

bin nicht von der Polizei.
Seit einiger Zeit bereitet mir ein Päärchen Probleme beim Gassi gehen. Beide beleidigen mich ohne Punkt und Komma, der Mann schreckt auch nicht davor zurück handgreiflich zu werden. Ich habe ihm bereits beim letzten mal gewarnt, dass ich ihn ausfindig machen werde und beide anzeigen werde. Dieses mal das gleiche. Bevor ihr mir den glorreichen Ratschlag gebt ich solle woanders Gassi gehen, ich gehe abwechselnd in sämtlichen Richtungen Gassi und habe sie bereits an sämtlichen Orten angetroffen und werde mich nicht in Luft auflösen. Eiinmal als ich eine potentielle Zeugin neben mir hatte und sie mich daher nicht angehen konnten, haben sie ihre Aggressionen an ihrem Hund rausgelassen und das arme Tier in die Gitterstäbe des nächsten Eisentors gedrückt. Der ist dort also auch nicht sicher. Nun zu meinem Problem: Ich habe bisher keinen Namen und kann aufgrund des hohen Agressions-Potenzials auch leider nicht hinter her laufen. Ich glaube den Ort zu kennen in dem sie wohnen, Straße etc. aus oben genannten Gründen jedoch nicht. Dafür kam mir der Mann mal mit dem Auto entgegen gefahren und ich habe mir so gut es ging das Nummernschild gemerkt. Das plus Personen Beschreibung, wäre das ausreichend um die zwei zu identifizieren/ eine Anzeige zu stellen?

...but i´m positive for a kind of rheumatism either SLE (dosen´t look like its that, at least not so far) or mixed collagenosis ( can very well be). But i´m still suffering with my dry eyes, so fo sure theres something going on. But i´m puzzled that the lab work proofs its no sjogrens. How the he...? Wouldn´t have expected that. What could it be then? Is anyone in the same situation maybe even further in the progress?
Received the labs yesterday and my rheumatologist-office is...oh well its difficult maybe no longer my rheumatologist. So idk if i will get anything to make it better. If... i think its hydrocloroquin they will prescribe me, which won´t help the dryness of the eyes (as far as i know) but it can help with sideeffects such as annular erythema. I just read about that its an sideeffect of sjögrens. I didn´t know the name of it and was too ashamed to show the doctor who was already in disbelieve and petty. I mention that because to me its another proof that its likely that its sjögrens.
What could it be if its not sjögrens? Is anyone in the same situation maybe even further in the progress?

der Welpe meiner Eltern hatte meiner Monstera in Windeseile ein ohnehin rares gespaltenes Blatt abgefressen,...ca. 6-8 Monate her. Glücklicherweise durfte ich feststellen, dass an jenem Ast ein neuer Trieb kam und das Blatt hat sich heute komplett geöffnet und ist wunderschön gespalten. Die viele Sonne und der Triebhauseffekt im Dach aktuell haben sicher geholfen. Nun meine Frage, was wenn ich ein komplettes Blatt abschneide, wird sie neu austreiben und diesmal aufgrund der Sonne eher gespalten? Oder kein neuer Trieb durch Abschneiden?
Was wenn ich sie zusätzlich statt wie bisher hinters Balkonfenster, auf den Balkon stelle? Gute Idee oder doch eher Verbrennungsgefahr?

Sie erstellen eine Homepage auf welcher der Daten-Krake wartet, man soll dort seine ganzen Daten eingeben. Interessanterweise gibt es nicht mal eine Anhangsklammer, sodass man noch nicht mal Bewerbungsunterlagen hochladen könnte. Wie könnte man die guten vera*chen und austricksen ?

I read that Dienogest is blocking 40% of Androgenes. and Cyproteronacetat 80% (but theres no c. only available) that why i´m thinking bout stacking dienogest.
