The butterfly on my neck represents my hypothyroidism diagnosis. Basically my body prioritized fear response and protection over healthy regulation, but with a daily pill I can start to feel better. Knowing the culprit is a relief, but every day is a struggle. All the best 🎀

I have to eat 5-6 small meals a day. I like to have a lot of variety but I get carried away plating, been that way ever since buffets. So the tray helps me get a bunch of small amounts on the plate.
I tried to steam a banana pancake in the rice cooker. Strange experience. I crumbled some up, fried it in butter, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger, then used a sweet egg, sugar, nilla extract and lactose free milk mix to bind it. Cut it back up, studded it with chocolate chips and marshmallow. With spinach cooked in butter, cheddar, and tortilla with cream cheese and hot sauces.

I was an avid BAB fan as a child, my city’s biggest mall had a bustling store, and my mother was always up for going on birthdays. A lot of my originals are in storage and I’m not sure how many I have, but it’s not a large collection, 6-8 I think. A couple of my older brother’s bears in there.
Recently I’ve purchased 2 full size and 1 mini bean from the website, a flamingo, a heart-ear elephant, and a mini rose kitty.
I found this card with some others, college name tags, a Hot Topic gift card, etc.
I’d say my favorite part of going to the store as a child was the ribbons. 🎀 I had a birthday party in the store once, and got two of every color, it was the best. I’m grateful for this community, hug your stuffed friends for me!

The boots are immaculate but the snoot is suspicious.
Shrimp ramen from the back of the kitchen drawer.
Quick pickled some red onions.
Boiled the noodles then drained but kept some starchy water.
Sautéed the celery (diced after peeling) with sesame seeds and the seasoning packet in butter.
Added back the noodles, added Parmesan and the noodle water and shook the pan while stirring to emulsify the sauce.
Toppings: diced celery, pumpkin seeds, two crumbled baked potato chips, pickled onions, sesame seeds, the broken noodles at the bottom of the packet, green hot sauce and a squeeze of lime.
Delish. 😋

Homies I put my heart and soul into this chicken salad.
Made from boiled chicken thigh deboned and skinless(to give some to my cat) and Mayo and spices (I’m sorry, there’s so many in there) and almonds and pumpkin seeds, and some potato salad I made earlier.
Mozzarella and spinach eggs scrambled with chili oil.
