Hello lovelies!

Clubhouse brand butter crackers

Strawberries

Shredded cheddar, feta cheese, pimento olives

Homemade sauce feat: mayo, sour cream, chili crisp, etc.

Wilted spinach (BEST PART OF THE DISH) with sea salt

Weak ass decaf for the taste

Sardine filets

I opened my tin of sardines in mustard, quickly came to terms with the low quality of the sauce, whipped up my own. I take a cracker, pick up spinach, dip in sauce, spread on cracker, add cheese, top with fish, shove in mouth.

Ps I planned on wiping the rim of the glass containing the fish but forgot. Forgive me!!

Sleep schedule inconsistencies

I have a very inconsistent sleep schedule, it’s been this way for a while. For instance, Tuesday of this week, I woke up at 3PM and went to bed somewhere around 1AM. Yesterday I woke up at 2PM and fell asleep at 8 PM and today woke up at 6AM.

The length of my sleep varies from 4HR-8HR-12HR, but I’ve slept for 22HR before. That was the height of my thyroid issues.

I was diagnosed in February of this year with TSH at 31 and T4 Free at .65.

In April when I found a doctor, she ran tests again and my TSH was 21 and T4 Free at .9 and T3 Free at 2.9. I have other test results if any apply.

I started Lupin Levothyroxine 50 mcg- a week and a half ago. Since then these have been my dose times.

2:45pm, 2:22pm, 3:50pm, (this day I woke up at six pm did not take the dose, figured it was too late) 3:30pm, 3:15pm, 2:48pm, 3:55pm, 4:08pm, 3:50pm, 3:11pm, 3:05pm, 3:10pm, (woke up at 9pm did not take the dose that day,) 6:01 (took it anyway because that would have been two days without,) 3:01pm, 2:20pm.

My dilemma is that now that I’ve woken up nine hours before I usually take it, how do I prevent myself from having a shitty morning because I messed up my schedule by falling asleep early? Is taking it before 24 hours passes better than taking it after 27?

This is my most concerning issue with the daily meds right now, and to note, I take my Lexapro, Buspar and Probiotics an hour after my Levo, then Omeprezole with food a bit later, and this isn’t an issue because I don’t have a history of eating breakfast so the waiting to eat is fine. (Also I like to have at least one bowel movement before eating anything due to delayed gastric emptying.) I also take a Buspar in the evening with Fiber pills.

I’m very grateful to have this community to come to and I’ve been quite nervous about making a post, thanks for any feedback.

Can you tell I started with the top foot?

In complete good faith, I saw in my minds eye a casually sensual male form. What happened after that I have no explanation for.
