Man, what a beautiful looking cover. That golden foil shines!

It's definitely an eye catcher and one of my favorite covers for sure.

Finished LOST for the first time a few days ago and I'm still in awe and processing it all. Easily one of my favorite shows.

This is probably the craziest and most mystery and twist filled series I have watched. From S1 all the way to 'The End', it has been an insane journey filled with roller-coaster of emotions and twists. Now I know why it is loved by so many and was so popular when it was coming out. Some of the episodes are just top tier poetry and I love the OST as well. So good.

Although, while it was a great journey, i feel like the ending was a bit underwhelming. I loved the idea of it but maybe not so much so the execution. Maybe it will grow on me with time. It sure has in just a few days the more I think about it, I'm beginning to love it. A lot of questions still left unanswered and a few plot holes left as well which they failed to cover/explain but other than that, it was all just brilliant.

Top 5 characters: John Locke, Jack Shepard, Desmond Hume, Benjamin Linus and James Ford (Sawyer). Have to give shout-out to Richard Alpert as well. Such a great character. Everyone was so well written so selecting only these is I feel like unfair to everyone else. That's the thing i loved about LOST that everyone had an intriguing story and great character building but from the first episode to the last but that being said, John Locke has always been my most favorite. Terry Quinn has so much screen presence and his expressions are top notch. That man couldn't catch a break. Out of all the characters, his backstory was the most heartbreaking and i really felt and rooted for him till the end.

One of my favorite interactions. John Locke: "Why do you find it so hard to believe?"/ Jack: "Why do you find it so easy?" / Locke: "It's never been easy."

Just watched Supergirl and while a little disappointed, it's nowhere near as bad as people are making it out to be.

So right from the start I will say incels are going to hate/review bomb projects with a female lead and thats the unfortunate reality but that does not mean the film has no flaws of it's own.

The film itself was very fast paced. Definitely felt rushed. It would have benefited from more runtime definitely. They made a lot of changes from comic and removed a lot of scenes too which made me dissapointed but kept some of the great stuff too which made me happy to see.

I feel like this film does a better job at exploring Kara as a character than superman does at exploring Kal. I may be wrong but that's what i felt like. The goal here is to show how she is different from her cousin and i feel like they achieved that successfully. While Cgi was not perfect, it is much improved from superman and felt much better edited than superman as well, more refined. Might need to watch superman again for a refresher.

Milly was phenomenal. She absolutely killed it and she is definitely one of the positives of the film if not THE positive. Her acting was incredible especially the way how she portrayed her emotions through her eyes. Lobo was not in the comic but a good addition to the film and stole the scenes when he came but he also felt like he was just there for the sake of it. His character had no major stakes in the story. Sad to say everyone else felt bland and flat. Ruined krem as a villain. Was so excited to see him but he was nowhere near like his comic counterpart. They even changed how Krem kills Ruth's family and the whole dynamic of the sword which also never leads to that specific confrontation between the two.

Was incredibly fun to see David as well. He's like a ray of sunshine. Wasn't on board with him initially but I am fully now which makes me all the more excited for MoT.

I think my favorite bit was Kara's whole backstory. That was really perfectly well done. This film at times pulled at your heartstrings just like the comic and I loved that. Had a very similar feel to GoTG films as well. The direction was excellent and the music was top notch.

Overall, I think I'll give this 7.5/10 which seems fair.

Some recent 2nd hand pickups

Found all of this locally going for really cheap so decided to get these. Have heard really good things about JMS run on Thor and the others seemed really intriguing.

My little combat oriented fleet. The TAC might change into Galaxy or something else like a Liberator. Time will tell.

Some pictures of my Battleworn RSI PERSEUS. Aftermath of an Org fight and a bunch of Gilly No 7 and 8 missions without repairing.

Our hull got red but at the end of a long day, we were still standing. Proud of my crew and this legendary beast.
