Beeping noise in the background of that green gentleman
This has driven me nuts for years. Skip to 0:53 on Spotify - what is that beeping noise!? Am I the only one?

I’m almost a week and a half in to taking 150mg XL. I take it every day around 7am. I feel like the past few days it’s been making me really sleepy in the afternoons like totally exhausted just wanting to nod off and making my eyes so itchy and heavy. I also have cfs and it’s frustrating to determine whether this is coming from the Wellbutrin or that.
Did this side effect resolve for anyone? Do I stick it out? I want to because I love the other effects of it.
What are your favourite somatic tracking meditations to listen to? Or any apps/creators you find helpful?
New to recovery and have just started symptom tracking. As you can see, I recently had a longer period at my baseline (the blue dots), with the two previous crashes being brought on by significant physical activity (a hike and then going to the gym). I woke up this morning in a crash and I’m not sure why - I think it might be because I’ve been doing like definitely over 10k steps every day all week and Monday night I got pretty drunk and then didn’t get much sleep (maybe I shouldn’t be reading into symptoms this much? Please let me know, again I’m new to this!!!).
But yeah. Do we think it’s a good sign that the baseline periods are getting longer?
On day 3 and just not feeling good. Feeling empty and low and a little anxious. Does this go away?

I just finished my first day on this (it’s 2am and I’m feeling wired as fuck even tho I had an edible). I’m reading a lot of posts on here that are making me feel scared about taking this medication and I’m worried the insomnia won’t go away. Does anyone have any hopeful words they can share? Is it worth it
Newly diagnosed and new to recovery but had mecfs for about 2 years. After endless interviews I landed a job I wanted and I am so fucking excited. I’ve also been tracking my symptoms diligently and found exactly what triggers them. I’m taking a big break from exercise and restricting it to walking and soon yoga, and I’m going to very gradually and mindfully increase. I feel fucking good about life and where it’s going.
Wanted to share some positivity!!
How goods a cbg edible. I had 2 joints then 4mg edible. Absolutely cruisin. Should I have another 2mg edible n go super toasty?
Did my first neurofeedback session last night and afterwards was completely mentally exhausted just wanted to go straight to bed.
Woke up today and just feel full body fatigue. I have chronic fatigue syndrome and I’m wondering if this has brought on a dip/crash or if this just normal and part of it?
Doc put me on Wellbutrin to help with sexual dysfunction I’m having on Prozac. Wondering what to expect and how long it takes to work etc? Is there an adjustment period like there is with Prozac?
Just wondering. Like if you used an alarm to signal winning money or a game you’d love it. Like a rose by any other name would smell as sweet type beat
Currently on 20mg but discussing adding wellbutrin with doctor due to sexual dysfunction. I already take ritalin for my ADHD. is this gonna be way too much?
It’s just fucking unreal. The churro pieces and the cinnamon swirls actually beam me into another dimension
Hey guys, I’m interviewing for jobs right now and getting to final stages - sales jobs.
Been unemployed past 3 months (not bc of cfs, just other reasons). Only just kickstarted my recovery journey and stopped exercise etc. the job I’m likely gonna land is full time in office.
Any advice for pacing, preserving my energy, etc?
Hey guys, in a gnarly crash right now. Every crash I’ve ever had has ended and I’ve gone back to baseline but of course, in a crash you’re going to spiral and think this is your new baseline. And I’m feeling scared right now.
Can anyone please share some encouraging stories or words. I would really appreciate it 🩷
I’ve been unemployed for a few months and fucking dying to find a job and tomorrow I’ve got a final interview and I am having the worst crash I’ve had. I went for a very short walk and food with a friend and then we did tarot and by the end of that I felt like I was dying and had to go lie down. I did about 10 mins more of prep and have had to go back to bed. It’s actually fucked. I don’t even have the energy to talk to people or practice this roleplay that I’ve got tomorrow at 12pm and it’s in person.
Idk what to do. I wanna be able to pull myself out of this by tomorrow or at least improve so that I don’t have to push back my interview. Not having a job is really damaging my mental health at the moment and I’m so close to having one.
I’m brand new to my recovery and I really don’t know what to do. I wish there was a support line or an on call doctor. I’m feeling scared please help me
I’ve got my final interview for a job I really want the day after tomorrow. I went to the gym on Monday and stopped mid way through because it was too much. This brought on a crash and now I’m totally exhausted. It’s a roleplay interview so a lot of thinking on my feet and I don’t want to have to reschedule it.
Any advice for getting through this crash?
Literally just started my recovery journey - just got referred to a CFS clinic and have just started reading Unlearn Your Pain. The first thing I did was go to Reddit and went to the main cfs community and it was so fucking depressing. It made me feel hopeless and full of grief.
After coming to this one I’m so glad there’s a space that’s empowering and hopeful. Just had to express my gratitude.
