I got fired because I was building a side hustle on company time. I went all in on the hustle and decided to launch it as a business.

I basically put all my thoughts and knowledge about marketing including insights I picked up in my sales career and made a system of all these heuristics, frameworks etc that I pulled thoughts later researched. I then created it into an AI system wrapping it into skills and agents sitting in sequence and consuming output from the layer above as context.

I can onboard 5 clients. I'm not asking for your money, just your word and something to show the ones who would pay.

I was trying to sell this as a service to founders who have been burned by agencies/freelancers and AI slop for shipping deliverables that do nothing to move business up.

I asked the system to run it on itself first and it cock blocked by asking me to have real conversations with atleast 5 folks from my ICP. So here I am. Not with a pitch, just asking your time to understand whether the problem we hypothesised is real recognition or not.

I've spent the last 10 months building a system from all my learnings and experience over the years about marketing, branding and content. I gave the system to ai which broke it down into three sequential agent pipelines + individual skills.

It's basically my attempt at solving a 4-head problem:

1. Agencies whose focus is on keeping retainers and milking money by changing goalposts every season

2. Freelancers who do not give adequate attention due to bigger clients etc

3. Coaches and consultants with vague strategy and 0 execution

4. The biggest of them all... Ai slop

This system is an extension of me as I have poured everything I have learnt, understood, researched over my 5 years of work experience.

We have been burned by agency templates, and nothing to show up for it after we called off the partnership as the agency claimed the work. We burnt a few bucks figuring out Google ads but then eventually had to hire a freelancer. They did good work for about 3 months and then the consistency swindled. We even tried copy ai and that was also a waste of money.

How are you guys marketing currently?

I live with my mom that means the food and ghatsthapna can't be done without her noticing.

Even the daily pooja during the 9 days can't be done without scrutiny and I'm at a phase in life where I no longer lie to my parents about anything at all.

How do I do this without her noticing and then asking for explnations

I wanna get some cool stories.
