Does my voice sound normal? I feel like its kinda nasally and young-sounding

Im in my early-mid twenties and I think I sound like a teenager with a very nasal voice. Curious what others think? Be honest, I can handle it lol. Critter pic included as thanks :)

Has anyone with the buzzy/nasal "trans voice" had success fixing it?

Started T spring 2025 at 23 years old. Started on gel, levels inconsistent. Levels started at 36 after 1 month and slowly went down to 8, where its stayed for 5 months. Switched to shots, hoping my levels will go up again soon.

Has anyone else had success correcting this voice issue? What did you do? Ive been told voice training but all the ppl who said that either started t much younger than me or still sound clocky to my ears.

Looking for a story where a female character becomes male (eg body swap)

I like things like body swap stories, scifi or fantasy stuff where the character gets a new body, things like that. Preferably the main character or at least an important character.

I am not looking for stories centered primarily around male characters becoming female. Its fine if its a co-protagonist situation where a male and female character swap bodies with each other, but it needs to feature the girl-becomes-boy plotline in it.

It could be tv, anime, books, etc. Thank you!!

Body swap anime where a girl becomes a boy?

Regular body swap like Your Name, or a girl getting isekai'd into a world where she's a boy, or human girl getting a male robot body, stuff like that. Thanks!

How is homophobia/transphobia manifested or enforced on the mens' side?

I know a little of how these things play out on the womens side (a lot of subtle or overt ostracization, a lot of it manifests as ableism as well ime) but not so much on the mens side

If you had a magic wand that could turn you into a man forever, would you use it?

No shapeshifting from one form to another, the wand breaks after you use it once

Edit: and if you answer yes, why?

Dysphoria caused by trauma, but genuinely feeling more comfortable after being on testosterone and passing as male? What does this mean?

In a bit of a baffling situation right now. I grew up in a heavily misogynistic religious group that meticulously controls womens and girls lives, and instilled an intense shame around femaleness and female bodies starting from early childhood and continuing into adulthood. I also had some very painful health issues relating to my reproductive organs which I had to keep a secret and caused even more detachment and resentment to being a girl.

As an adult I learnt that trans people existed, which prompted me to leave my religious group, buy men's clothes, and start testosterone. The question of "am I trans" really only came up as a means to justify transitioning, I cared very little for authenticity and self discovery. I only needed to become something that I wasn't ashamed of, and to feel comfortable in my own body.

I was frequently warned along the way that I would regret my decision, develop reverse dysphoria, and then have to face a painful detransition process and be an embarassment to the trans community. But so far its never happened.

I am clocky but mostly pass as male in my day to day life, and am very comfortable with being percieved male. My internalized and externalized misogyny has mostly gone away. I have come to appreciate femininity and womanhood in other people, even if I dont really need it for myself. I like my body hair and shitty beard. I dont like how clocky my voice is but I am much more comfortable speaking now than back when I had a woman's voice, even when I'm alone and there is no social benefit for having a man's voice. I still experience distress at being a woman/distress at not being a man and want to continue transitioning and integrate into maleness as much as possible. I have never experienced "reverse dysphoria" about being percieved as male.

Whatever part of me that was a hurt little girl is starting to heal now that I am becoming a man, and I believe that it was fully worth leaving behind my entire way of life and identity just to transition.

But this is confusing. Am I trans or not? I dont quite fit any trans narrative I have seen, if anything im the personification of a transphobic strawman. But calling myself cis seems silly.

I have asked advice from trans people before, and most people either assumes I'm a pre-transition person who just needs to figure things out, or tries to pressure me to detransition.

Anyway, I'd appreciate hearing other people's thoughts on this.

Ps. Anyone who suggests I detransition will be blocked instantly, ive been hearing that shit for years and no longer tolerate it.

I want to be a man but i dont feel like one, does this make me a trans man or nobinary?

Gender feelings were never relevant in my community but i am still learning to navigate secular lgbt places. He/him please. People who misgender me, engage in bad faith, or tell me to detransition will be blocked.

Any orthodox or ex-orthodox jewish trans men here? How do you remain stealth and also integrate into male spaces?

24years old, yeshivish. Trying to keep it completely secret that I was ever frum or a girl. I am having trouble integrating into society and don't know how to hide the first 23 years of my life. Obviously I can't talk about the community at all without outing myself very quickly, and generally struggle with interacting with men. Has anyone been successful in this?

Found some relief via testosterone

A few years ago I injured my hands. I'm not sure what type of injury it was, but it came on over the course of a week and seemed to be the result of playing video games and carrying my nephew.

Imaging a year later showed some degenerative changes to the bones in my hand but a cause couldnt be identified. No nerve or tendon damage was visible on imaging. Regained mobility after a couple years but still had pain with hand-related tasks, plus pain in shoulders and elbows as my arms grew weaker. Physical therapy did very little for me, most PT excercises rapidly became painful with increased reps or load.

Testosterone levels were a bit high for my sex (F), estrogen normal.

Started testosterone last spring, test levels jumped around from high to lower/middle of male range as dosage changed. I went back to physical therapy after a few months, and for the first time its actually working. I can carry 10 pounds in my hands, lift a 6 pound bar, and throw an 8 pound ball. I can play video games for 2+ hours daily (with frequent breaks and rest days/rest weeks.) I've started drawing on my ipad a little bit. I still have a long way to go, I have frequent setbacks, and my progress has slowed down significantly. But my baseline pain, strength, and endurance has improved so much.

My situation is a bit unusual, but maybe this will help someone else idk

What are the (approximate) measurements of the probe used in a transvaginal ultrasound?

Hi, I have an appointment booked for a vaginal ultrasound next month. However I have issues that make penetration painful, so I want to prepare for the ultrasound using a dilator thats a similar size to the probe.

Also, is the probe typically moved or twisted after insertion? I'd like to practice similar movements as well.

Thank you!
