I took 250mg of lactoferrin on an empty stomach this morning and soon after that developed a horrible metallic taste in my mouth and fatigue. I also got sharp pains in my stomach and had to run to the loo twice (both times solid). It is approaching 12 hours since my dose and I have the same syndrome still - feeling rotten. I have tried on numerous occasions to get used to moldavite but it makes me feel anxious and emotionally flat. Tried four different pendants, cleansed them all, only wore them for short periods, meditated with them and more. Figured out it’s just too strong for me. I’ve been wanting to transform my life because I’ve been stuck in a rut for a long time so thought I’d give malachite a try instead. I put it on not expecting anything at all and within 30 minutes I felt the intense anxiety and emotional numbing that I feel with moldavite! I removed it 40 minutes ago and still trying to recover. Any idea what could be going on!? If it’s bringing up emotional stuff I need to process, how can I process it? Thanks for any advice you may have

Was I more open energetically after my reiki session? I feel so silly for undoing all the calm that I felt

Moldavite is way too strong for me - I have tried to get used to it with each of these three genuine Moldavite pendants but every time I wear them I get extremely anxious (even though I’m fully expecting to feel fine). I am selling the two plain Moldavite pendants for $75 USD each and selling the Moldavite/Rose Quartz for $60 USD. I also have an Agni Manitite pendant that seems even stronger than Moldavite - can’t sleep with it in the house. Selling that one for $50 USD. Where is the best place for me to list them? I have two plain moldavite pendants, one pendant with rose quartz included and one pendant with libyan desert glass, moldavite and herkimer diamond.
