The lack of superstar-specific rivalry action

Currently only the Undertaker can perform a superstar-specific rivalry action, that is when the gong hits and he chokeslams the opponent at the end of the match. But why is he the only one? What about a sweet chin music action? Or even a mandible claw from the Fiend or an RKO from Orton at the end of the match? I feel like there's a lot of potential here.
