Have this rose, that was planted by my late first wife around 20 years ago. Trying to find out what he actually is. Scarlet Knight, Olympiad, or something else? Minimal fragrance.
Have a couple of rose cuttings, that were treated with rooting compound, potted up, put in ziplok bags, then put under a grow light and heat mat set to run @ 85 degrees. The leaves are turning yellow and falling off, the stems remain bright green. Am I losing these?
Thank you so much.
I think that this one is quite enjoying herself
I think that this one is rather happy rn

As many here know, the Jeep folk love to put the plastic rubber duckies on their dashes. I propose that people start obtaining little red plastic turtles and lobsters (The turtles in particular) on the dashes of their PacHybrid cars.
Just got this rose from Raft Island Roses in Gig Harbor WA. It was bred by the Nursery Owner, and is a first-generation propagation of its original seedling. He is not named. What an awesome bush he is, and own root too.
Got this piece of the Hybrid Musk Bouquet Parfait (Lens 1989) after my local rose Society show, while they were clearing out the entries at the end. Got 2 cuttings out of it, and made a couple of cute little arrangements out of the remaining flowers. Hoping for some good luck rooting, these are hard to find.
He just wants to know if he is adorable and lorge
Just received a Ruffled Romance rose from Jackson and Perkins. It arrived in good condition and free of mold/mildew, but was clearly taken from cold storage, and only has a few small tips growing out.
Can this be planted out, or does it need to go into a pot and be sheltered until dormant?

Thank you
My Trichocereus hybrid Arizona Sunrise showing off. 8 inches and fragrant.
My favorite rose bush. Originally from Heirloom Roses more than a dozen years ago. Old classic Gene Boerner HT from J&P in 1970. AARS winner for 1970
What has been the people on here's experience with the Roses Unlimited nursery? I have a few very hard to find plants on the way from them. Do they pack well/Arrive in good condition? Size of plants compared to Heirloom?
Thank you so much.
These were my first attempt to root roses. Started last fall, overwintered in the humidity chamber (fish tank with a plate of glass on top). Potted up a week ago, all well rooted. Midnight Blue (Carruth 2006) and First Prize (Boerner 1970)
