I have a required number of question sets to complete each week during residency, and I’m trying to figure out the most effective way to learn from them. I’ve never been someone who can just read an explanation, remember it, and move on.

In medical school, I relied heavily on Anki, but I’m not sure if that’s realistic or sustainable during residency. I also don’t feel like I learn well by simply reading explanations, even though I know people say the explanations are where most of the learning happens.

I’d really appreciate any tips or advice on how you approached question banks during residency. Did you take notes, use Anki, keep a notebook, review missed questions a certain way, or have another system that worked well?

Hi everyone! I just got my Narwal Flow 2 and I’m excited to get it set up. I’d love to hear any advice from long-time owners.

A few questions:

• What settings do you recommend for daily cleaning?
• Any maintenance tips to keep it running well?
• Anything you wish you knew when you first got yours?
• Are there any features or automations I should enable?

For reference, I have a ~500 sq ft studio with mostly hard floors and one 5×7 rug.

Looking for a robot vacuum + mop recommendation for a 500 sq ft studio apartment.

My place is mostly LVT/hard flooring with one 5x7 area rug. I’d like something that vacuums and mops well, has good navigation, and can handle the rug without issues. Auto-emptying would be a nice bonus, but not a requirement.

I was originally interested in the Narwal Flow 2, but it’s more than I’d like to spend right now. I’m looking for the best value option that performs well without getting into the $800-$1,500 range.

Budget is ideally under $400, but I could stretch a little for something that’s truly worth it.

What would you buy in my situation?

Looking for the freshest coffee beans on Long Island (preferably Suffolk County) for espresso.

I have a Breville and am looking for locally roasted beans with a clearly marked roast date.

What local roasters or coffee shops do you recommend? Bonus points if you’ve personally used them for espresso.

I’m pretty disappointed. The delivery window had just narrowed down to late June, and now it suddenly changed to July 1–August 5. I was really hoping to have the car before my move, so this delay is frustrating.
