And I want at least three talking heads on every single major news network discussion panel with a big maple leaf pinned to their shirts screaming "DO YOU DENY CANADA HAS A RIGHT TO EXIST!?" whenever Trump talks about Canada.

The projection is based on aggregate polling, not riding level polls. It's similar to 338Canada's projection. We're going to have a by-election some time soon. Larry Brock won last year with 52% of the vote, a clear majority. I guess we'll see if Mark Carney's rightward shift will work in a place like Brantford. You'd figure it would, but the Liberal party brand is hated in this town.

There is no planned tax increase, it's the end of the tax holiday that Carney implemented. But they word the question this way to get the result they want. We are owned by Oil and Gas, make no mistake. The oil companies are literally stealing a tax that helped fund our social programs.
