I'm helping my gf access her gmail account in my computer, she has used my pc before, now we're having this issue, every try brings me back here, what should I do? I have never seen this before in my account, maybe because I have a couple verification steps but damn... I'm just putting the email and password, what else do they want? A birth certificate? This is not her main email, but I was able to access the other one. I need help, please.
Necesito reparar una gráfica, se queda en POST, ya hice todo el troubleshooting posible, mi PC la ando sólo con los gráficos integrados y me rinde al cien, es una GPU nueva, 7 meses de uso, los componentes que uso están al cien y hasta uso protector de voltaje, compré la gráfica online con casillero así que no es opción enviarla de vuelta para pedir garantía porque cuesta apróximadamente Lps. 5,000 ese envío y si uso correo nacional tardará sus buenos 6 meses en aparecer allá y otros 6 en aparecer acá, me sale mejor sólo enviarla con un técnico que sepa de esto aquí en el país, estoy en La Ceiba y posiblemente la persona indicada esté allá en SPS o Tegus, estoy al tanto de sus comentarios, no quiero que mi inversión quede cómo chatarra si literalmente está nueva.
Mi tarjeta gráfica dejó de funcionar tras menos de un año de uso. La compré en NewEgg con el envío a través de GBOX porque aquí los componentes de PC son excesivamente caros. Me siento muy decepcionado, mi PC no hace POST cuando la tarjeta está instalada y no sé cómo tramitar la garantía, le queda un año de garantía así que tengo tiempo de pensar qué hacer, supongo que debo enviar la tarjeta por FedEx desde acá pero el formulario de RMA me pide dirección y número de teléfono, pero no estoy en EUA kajaja tendrían que enviarme la nueva GPU a la dirección de GBOX en Florida, incluyendo mi código de casillero, para que ellos puedan enviarme el reemplazo. Nunca he hecho esto y no sé si alguien aquí lo ha hecho para que ilustre qué debo hacer.

I bought it through a courier that shipped it to my country (Honduras) because PC components are way too expensive here. I feel really disappointed, my PC doesn't post when the GPU is installed, and I don't even feel like filing the RMA. Is it possible to sell it and help the buyer file the RMA so they can get the replacement? I have the invoice of the order, the warranty expires 2027-11-21 and I can send them the GPU with FedEX from my country.

Es mi primera PC de escritorio y no tengo idea de cuánto cobran normalmente por este tipo de reparación. Llevaba toda la vida usando laptops, donde solía pagar menos de L3,000 por cualquier arreglo, pero con esta PC gamer no sé cuánto me costaría reparar la tarjeta gráfica.
En resumen: mi computadora se queda en el POST cuando la GPU está instalada. Ya hice todos los pasos de troubleshooting necesarios (excepto probar otra gráfica porque no tengo una extra) y la PC solo funciona cuando quito la GPU. Al instalarla, se queda trabada en POST, los periféricos no responden y la luz LED blanca de la tarjeta madre se queda fija en el indicador VGA. He estado usando la gráfica integrada del CPU y me va perfecta.
Apenas llevo 6 meses con esta tarjeta, la compré en línea por casillero desde USA y es una RX 7600 XT. Si alguien ha tenido un problema similar, ¿podría decirme cuánto pagó por la reparación? Quisiera tener una idea antes de enviarla a algún lado.

Removed and tested the RAM sticks in different configurations
Updated the BIOS
Made sure everything in the system was up to date
Unplugged everything and let the PC sit for a few hours
At one point, I removed the CMOS battery and the PC started working fine again. But to remove the CMOS battery, I first had to take out the GPU. As soon as I reinstalled the GPU, the exact same problem came back.
What happens is:
The PC powers on
Fans spin normally (including GPU fans)
RGB lights turn on
But it gets stuck and never fully boots/POSTs
Peripherals (keyboard/mouse) don’t respond
No display output
The only way the PC boots successfully is without the GPU installed, using the CPU’s integrated graphics.
At this point I’m trying to figure out what’s most likely:
Dead GPU?
Faulty PCIe power cable?
Motherboard PCIe slot issue?
PSU issue?
Or maybe I’m missing something obvious?
I’ve removed and reinstalled the GPU multiple times and the issue is always the same. I can confirm the monitor works fine.
My PC specs:

GIGABYTE Radeon RX 7600 XT GAMING OC
