are these listings legit?

hey guys, ive been seeing a huge amount of omnichord listings on ebay (while hunting for a qchord which has been nearly impossible to find at a decent price so im starting to give up on that and considering buying an omnichord instead) and idk whether to be suspicious of these, since the price seems fairly okay and theres just... so many of them (the screenshot is just an example)? im an absolute newbie to ebay so sorry if this is a silly question, i just always thought that omnichords were supposed to be a lot more expensive and harder to find than qchords and id really like to avoid getting scammed</3

qchords more expensive than omnichords on ebay?

hi, i have been wanting to buy a qchord for a couple of years now and finally have enough money to do so. i keep checking ebay listings but all of them are ridiculously expensive considering the fact that theyre secondhand and that theyre supposed to be the cheaper version of the omnichord:/ i could probably still afford one but obviously id like to avoid spending a fortune on it if i can. ive also seen various omnichord listings on ebay that seem to be roughly the same price as most of the qchords (if not even less) and also seem to be brand new? are these legit or some weird offbrand version? i was planning on getting a qchord since i understood it to have more options and functions than the omnichord and be cheaper, but if i can get the omnichord (which is supposed to be the 'better' version of the qchord) for less than the qchord then id probably consider it, but im still unsure. is there a website where i might still stumble upon a good qchord deal? its unfortunately pretty much impossible for me to find one in a store irl because im from central europe so this is the only option i have:/

bupropion + venlafaxine

hi! i have been on wellbutrin for a couple of months now after being on zoloft for most of my life (medicated initially primarily for ocd and later for anxiety + depression as well). i made the switch mostly due to weight concerns - through the years i spent being on setraline i was never able to lose the weight i gained when i initially started taking it in middle school.

after switching to wellbutrin, ive finally been able to lose a significant amount of weight for the first time in my adult life and i plan on losing more, but i told my psychiatrist that ive been feeling a tad more anxious than i used to be on zoloft and she decided to prescribe me venlafaxine to go along with the wellbutrin.

therefore, i am currently on 150mg bupropion and 50mg venlafaxine (i just picked it up today and she told me to start with half of the 50mg pill for the very first week and then start taking the full thing if thats relevant). i would like to know if theres anyone who is / has been on this combination of medication and would be able to provide me with some advice / info on what to expect, particularly related to the weight issue (but in case theres anything else youd like to pinpoint id be grateful as well ofc). im really scared of gaining again and im hoping the wellbutrin will be able to at least somewhat counteract the venlafaxine in this regard in case the issue arises. thank you in advance!

experience with vocal improvements after quitting vaping?

hi! i quit vaping about a week ago (so far it hasnt been too difficult, i just hope i can keep it up) mostly because of singing, it completely fried my upper register and worsened my vocal control by a lot and i was starting to get miserable so i had to do something about it. my question is, those who have a similar experience, when did you start seeing changes in your voice and what were they like? i feel like im already noticing a bit of improvement when it comes to higher notes, but my throat feels very phlegmy and its a bit difficult to sing, so id love to hear from someone who went through this process as well to have a general idea of what to expect! im aware that this will not be the same for everyone and the fact that someone made a complete vocal recovery doesnt mean that itll happen for me too, but id just like to hear what it was like for others:) thank you!

discovered a habit i have that is likely making things much worse for me

hi! ive had a plethora of limerent crushes since around middle school and the accompanying feelings have only gotten worse with time i think, but i do feel a bit more hopeful about this since i have managed to move on even from the worst of the worst so at this point i feel like i can do anything lol. the thing is, i am currently actively obsessed with someone again (to make things worse its a person that i dont see often so i cant even get a reality check to crush my delusions about them being perfect).

i recently realized that most of my inner voice is essentially just me pretend-talking to someone else, whether its an imagined audience, or, the option that happens most of the time when im in limerence, my LO. now that im aware of this, it constantly feels like im performing and also it is making the obsession even worse since im obviously imagining them listening patiently to every single one of these things like its the most interesting information theyve ever heard. which wouldnt even happen in real life because most of the thoughts that seem to conform to this are just banalities like my opinions on random things and interests and problems which would be fine in moderation but probably unbearable for anyone to listen to in such a grand amount.

does anyone have any similar experiences? id obviously like to get rid of this habit now that im properly conscious of it lol but im also curious whether this is a thing that happens to other people

what exactly are these spots and how do i get rid of them

hi, 21f and im losing my mind over these spots near my nose and mouth that are visible every time i take a picture of myself. ive been told that they are just nasolabial folds but i feel like i see a clear discoloration? it looks a bit like facial hair but its not because i tediously pluck that area (which might be part of the cause...), or maybe just shadow bc of the excess fat on my face? it still looks like discoloration to me but im very much not well versed in skincare so ill appreciate any possible advice on what exactly they are and how to make them less visible:( first pic is taken with the back camera, the other two with the front camera

aibts for wanting to bring this up to a friend

hi, i have a close friend that i really care about but there are certain things that bother me about the way she communicates with me - she is quick to dismiss certain achievements (e.g. i mentioned a professor complimenting my writing skills once and she responded with "well, i assume he says that to everyone") and generally tends to be quite judgemental, calling things cringey quite often (even if the initial context that i mention them in is that its something i saw/listened to/did and enjoyed etc).

i value our friendship outside of this and these instances are often overshadowed by shared jokes, interests and genuine support and care that she shows. im aware that these are minor things and i dont think she is doing any of this with the intention of hurting me, but i am a very sensitive person and it has been happening frequently for such a long time that i 1. am uncomfortably sharing things that im interested in or excited about with her and 2. am noticing myself becoming more and more judgemental about others when i talk with her, i guess in an attempt to not be the target of it and prove myself as being not cringey in her eyes.

i would like to mention this to her but i am having trouble wording it (we are not native english speakers but somehow writing this in english has been much easier than writing the rough draft of the message that im planning on sending her which was in my mother tongue haha) and i also feel weird complaining about something again, since shes never raised similar discussions about anything i did so i feel like im overreacting as this is not the first time ive had an issue with something she does (i have mentioned something slightly similar to her a few months ago, but couldnt word it in a way that would properly explain the root of the issue, however, she took it well nonetheless, apologized, told me that she definitely wants me to tell her if something like that is bothering me, and asked me to provide specific instances when she did the thing i mentioned so that she can make sure she stops doing it). does anyone have any tips on how exactly to approach this? thank you for reading:)

should i look people in the eye when im walking past them on the street?

hi! i used to take sertraline and now im on a different antidepressant that doesnt really target anxiety and i think as a result my social anxiety has gotten worse and im overthinking the most basic things whenever i go outside. lately ive been avoiding everyones gaze when i walk in the city, is that a normal thing to do or is it less weird to just look at them as i pass them by? i never used to overthink eye contact this much but i genuinely cant recall how i used to do this before lol
