Hey 34m in blackwood. I recognize it's a little warm out to think about skiing, but I wanted to post to see if there are any skiiers on here that would be interested in hanging out this season. I wanted to try to meet some folks who want to hang out in the off season too with the goal of getting to know each other well enough to get an airbnb/hotel in vermont or something this season. Being a south jersey skiier is a driving-heavy hobby as well so splitting the driving is dope as hell.

Outside of skiing I'm a huge nerd. Big into working out, movies, anime, comics, video games, and trying new things.

I'm pretty new to roommates (34m).

This dude just moved in, he's very nice and I like him. It's been nearly 2 weeks. He brought a big friendly dog with him that was pissing and shitting on the floor and he has been getting his dog diapers after I addressed it with him (although he made a comment about the cost, but I couldn't care less about the cost).

A new small isue is popping up where his GF is over most nights (at least a week straight, spending the nights). They stay in their room with the door closed, they are quiet and respectful. They do wake me up in the morning bc as soon as they get up, they hit their vape and start coughing, but I feel like I'll get used to that.

Despite them being respectful, I didn't sign up for 2 people to move into the apt. Part of me wants to set boundaries with the frequency of his GF coming (but they don't disturb me, so I don't feel like I can justify that) or ask for them to split utilities 2/3 if she continues to come over 5x+ per week.

Am I being a karen?

EDIT: I addressed it without putting firm boundaries on for now. They're very quiet and respectful, it just feels kinda dishonest that when he initially moved in he asked about guests but it feels like 7 consecutive nights over is more than being a guest. They stay in his room, but I've already started referring to it as "their room,," which is a red flag. They have their own bathroom so it's not inconveniencing me, I just don't appreciate a 3rd person moving into the appt without my consent.

Met this girl called Ezzy at a 222 meetup on friday 8/7 and we hit it off. I don't know how much info to put in here. Her name isn't actually Ezzy, it's something biblical that I didn't get at the time, but if she reads this, I totally figured it out. She's near the convention center and a massage therapist. I went into the giftshop at the end of the night and when I came out she had dipped before we could exchange info.

If y'all can help, it would be greatly appreciated.

I'd liketo have a lil drift down a river/creek/stream/channel/tributary/etc, but I havent got the space for a canoe/kayak yet. Any tips on the best spot for a kayak/canoe rental and launch point?

I took a 6 montyh-year hiatus, recently got back into it and I keep runing into a glitch where I get killed, the game delays to say I suicided, and then I can't spawn back in.

Any tips on how to stop this?
