Went to my first German night at Caffiene & Machine - The Hill

Some lovely cars on display
Only a handful of Skodas though

Managed to get by one of the photograph walls 👌

Bought these ages ago now.
I’m sure they were a 1 of 1 design done by Hoakser

Never been able to find them again since

Potentially looking to part ways with them, but I don’t know how you would value something custom either!

Finally back to OEM

When I moved house, I had binned all my factory stuff
So to get to this point
Hasn’t been cheap - all brand new factory OEM parts were ordered except for the air box

Turbo elbow
Intake pipe, bolts etc

It’s been expensive

But I’m glad I’m back to the factory air box now 👌
Hi flow filter being ordered now

Mega happy I managed to get one of these in the UK

And at a decent price!!

Arrived today and built

Mega happy I was able to find one in the UK 👌

So wanted to keep 1 supra boxed and mint
And then wanted to build another

2nd one arrived
Direct from Mattel via Amazon and DPD
And the box is damaged

I don’t know whether to send it back and try and get a mint box
Or just build it and worry about it at a later date

Is a damaged box that much of an issue when coming to future resell?

Just purchased one
Price isn’t too bad
Considering they are £100 plus on eBay
And don’t stock them in the UK at all

Can’t wait to build it now!

So

Been to the gym on and off over the years
And still yet to find a plan I enjoy

I hate doing legs
So want to try a push / pull routine with legs on the bottom when I get back into the gym

This will include incline walk at the end
As I would like to loose weight and gain muscle as I’m carrying a lot of weight

Whatever wagon I get, I will be putting it onto air ride 🫣

But a question to you all, what would you get, instead of this?

Has to be petrol and auto ideally 🤭

I regularly struggle to get my wheels clean

I run aftermarket discs and pads and they are very brake dust heavy and over time it seems to bake itself on

I really struggle to get them clean using a spray on wheel cleaner and giving them a good brush

Would you look to get a more acidic wheel cleaner? Or can anyone recommend me a good one
Or give me some advice

I don’t have a pressure washer so rely on mains water pressure to get it rinsed

Owned this for 4 1/2 years now
And since I’ve owned it
Mechanical breakdowns / issues has only been a coil pack and lead
And handbrake shoes

Other than that its been perfect
Flies through MOTs all the time

It’s just got a small leak from the sump I need to address

There’s a few more little things I want to change up on it if I keep it longer

I do kinda wish I had bought an estate originally,
As I feel that’s what I want to get into next one day!

Nice to own a car though, that you can drive without stress and worries!
But for now
I think I should keep it until I actually need to change not want to
